The Home Depot staff was sincerely friendly and helpful. I was impressed that they offered assistance and randomly said "hello" throughout the store. It made for a positive experience while shopping.

This Homedepot usually has great customer service but today it was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 25 mins for an associate to come outside and unlock a grill and the store wasnt even really busy. Hopefully it was just a one time fail

I have been shopping at this location for years I find the store associates to be very friendly. when I need any help there is always an associate willing to give me a hand.

I went into the store today not knowing where to go. I was greeted by Sue. She asked if I needed help with anything, heck yes I do! She pulled out this neat device and with my vague description, she pulled up my item and showed me exactly where it was. Then went the extra mile and helped me check out. Sue you are wonderful.

Very clean, stock well laid out and easy to access. Staff vet courteous, friendly and helpful.

Mary L is always happy and smiley anytime I checkout there and always very friendly. I can’t say the same about some of the other staff there but they should take a lesson from her. Give the lady a raise she deserves it.

Cashier I had last evening was the rudest, nastiest cashier I have ever had to deal with and for that alone I won't shop there again. Gentleman in lumber was Amazing. '

I'm getting tired of your employees terrible attitudes. 75% of the time I get an attitude when I ask for ANYTHING. 90% of the time I'm not asked if I want a bag even with multiple small items. The worst was trying to check out by customer service, woman who had no customers was eating potato chips while I was standing there waiting for 5 minutes until the other cashier reminded her she had a customer which then she rolled her eyes, I had many small items which she roughly handled and when I ask for a bag she, again with an attitude, put the bag on the counter and went back to eating.. How do people like her have a job??awful

I find most or even all the employees are so friendly and helpful! If I'm having trouble finding something they will go out of their way to actually bring me to that location. Best Home Depot!

As I would recommend this store to everyone, the only draw back is it’s location. It’s in an unfortunate position where extra security factors in. Location forces the store to ramp up its security...

There are hardly any help around when you need it,and the checkout counters are too far away for disable people,there should be checkout counters at both sides of the store

Employees displayed auditory, vision issues as well as understanding simple communication. Easily confused over request for check out correction of materials size, employees became combative. One employee tried to convince me the item was 2" thick because they saw an r-value scale on the item. Another African American employee ordered me to 'watch what I say'. The behavior exhibited was indicative of substance abuse or just plain crazy people. Sad the employment of serious sober people is such an issue.

I was lie to by an associate named "MUFFIN" told I didn't see a bulk price sign day before I will not reference the associate who saw it and actually called an left a message If assistant manage would lie straight to my face I cant imagine what it is like to work under their suppervion I do not know person actual name Muffin is written in bold letter across apron

This store is very convenient as it is close to home. There is always someone there to help. Some people go above and beyond and some don’t but it is always a good experience. I’ve been shopping here for many years and will continue to shop the Shirley Home Depot.

Store is clean. That is it. Service is terrible and employees don't answer the phone. THEY DON'T CARE. I wouldn't blame them to fake a smile and pretend to care but they show open distain for their customers. Worst Home Depot I have ever dealt with.

At a time when we are all very uneasy about going into any store, I found the sales people at Shirley Home Depot very Helpful, and Professional. Associates in this store were friendly and very helpful.

While at the register the cashier stepped away for a moment, which she said she was doing. That's fine it was only for a moment. What happened next was uncalled for. When she came back to the register she rudely told be to step back. She was not polite about it. When I go to stores I am keeping six feet of space from the person in front of me. I even stayed six feet away from one of the associates that was placing stock on the shelf. The cashier entered my space. I was moving back when she was coming near me. I am fully aware of the situation. Otherwise everything was a normal shopping experience.
