Dirty bathroom, no soap, toilet paper, or towels. Bring sterile gloves before you touch anything in this store!

I have been looking for flooring and have been to 10 different stores and was so frustrated, until I went to the Home Depot is Sevierville. The gentleman that helped me was so patient and kind and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this store.

I want to thank Ron in the paint Dept for all his help in selecting the exact color for me. He is always very helpful each time I go into store. Way to go Ron....

I have shopped at many, many Home Depots and this is by far the best Home Depots Store there is. This store is very clean and always fully stocked. the employees are very nice and helpful. Go see the Pro Desk, they are the best

The Sevierville store is always clean, well lite, stocked and, has the best friendly staff of any Home Depot. I have recently done a remodel job on my home including painting, update on bathroom, and installing laminate flooring. In each Dept the staff was very helpful with everything I needed. .Couldn't ask for anything better.

Their 4 female associates are wonderful!! They made me feel like a valuable customer!!

If you ever need assistance in the garden area seek out Suzy - she is AMAZING.

I enjoyed my shopping time today at the Home Depot and I was helped with what I was interested in. It took no time to find what I wanted.

This particular Home Depot store seems to always be well stocked, clean and I have come to expect excellent help from the associates there. I highly recommend this store !

Excellent employees

This is my favorite Home Depot Store! Most employees remember me by name. I remember most of them as well. I enjoy having Spanish speakers there as well since we are from South Florida, it makes us feel right at home. The store has what we need and the prices are always great.

I shop this store several times a month. On every visit the staff is courteous and professional. From the time I walked in the door, each staff member greeted me and asked if I need help, and most said "have a nice day, and thanks for shopping Home Depot".

THIS STORE SEEMS TO HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED AS I FIND IT ON THE WEB SITE;THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK;SINCE I MOVED TO THE AREA 5 YRS AGO;THE STAFF AT THIS STORE HAS HAD ALL MY NEEDS;EVEN WITH MY TRUCK RENTAL WHEN I FIRST MOVED TO THE AREA FROM OUT OF STATE;THE RADIO DID NOT WORK ;AND THEY GAVE ME A $50.00 GIFT CARD FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT THERE FAULT;THEY ARE A GREAT STORE

I went in grated basically for power tools. I dealt with Phillip who treated me like I was the only customer he had at the time, Since It was Black Friday you know he had more than just me pulling him different directions but he was great. Sherry at checkout was excellent with resolving purchase issues and had me checked out with a smile. Overall good experience for a Black Friday run.

Ordered carpet. First they get the carpet wrong, then the measurements wrong. 5 phone calls to straighten this out! 1 day late and then still late the day they installed. Tons of calls to finally get someone to tell what was going on. I asked them to put down new tack around room as it was 45 years old he said ok and didn't! I moved all furniture out , pulled up all carpet and old padding and still did not put in new tack.Installers left the door open and had to close it 30 times or more, they tell you to turn your heat on for 2 days before install, what good does that do? Not to mention a bear could have walked in and electric heat is not cheap!! Then, I look outside and they have my brand new carpet laying on the ground when it just rained the day before and I have lots of ticks and bugs out here. After asking him not to do that he laughed and did it anyway! After all of this I find scratch marks on the walls around both bedrooms. Over a week later and still have not got a call from installers! The only person who has called was Michelle the expediter at the Sevierville store who at the least gave me paint. but now I have to do more work! Come get this carpet and refund me! Very mad after spending about $10,000 this month at their store! Customer Service has done nothing either!

This store has knowledgable employees willing to help and satisfy the customer. This is my new store. Obviously good managers here.
