Everyone i have interacted with at this store over the past 6 years has been genuinely friendly and happy to help in any way they could to make my shopping experiences there perfect!

Staff is genuinely helpful and seemingly happy, so I assume it must be decent management. (The same hasn't been true for me of Blue, across the street.)

Covid-19 County ordinance requires customers to wear mask. About 30% of customers inside store were not wearing mask. HD greeter does not inform maskless customer of law or offer a mask. When asked about this greeter and manager says their is a sign on door but they are not the police. They both said they will offer a mask if customer requests. Store management appears more interested in selling to the 30% unmasked and is complicit in unlawful action

Friendly, knowledgeable, great prices. They go out of their way to assist the customer. What I was looking for was not in stock in any store but was ordered and came in within a week. Store was clean.

MacKenzie, the young cashier, was extremely helpful and polite in assisting me.

Do not under any circumstance stand closer to the older female employee in the appliance department than 6 foot 2inches - She is RABID about keeping that distance and she's quite RUDE about it.

These people were so friendly and the bushiness is well packed with all sorts of things!!! The staff was very kind!!! The store was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful!!

Do not buy your kitchen cabinets here, they are junk. Then when you bring them back, you get treated like you were the reason they were cut wrong and uneven, even stating that they were not sure if they were delivered that way or I altered them. I’ve never seen anyone take a cabinet apart, ADD length to the boards and then put them back together and say they are not right!

was a able to get help I had to get the item down my self I did ask for help. the store is clean. when I see associates I know we do get help on what we need . And the people i know at customer service help a lot to get are orders set for are company . The cashier I got to day Natoya was not friendly and would not look at me and stopped to ring up to talk to another cashier. when I asked a ? she answered me with contempt. I will not go to her line again and I will look for some one else.

Great addition to the Smokies! So glad when Home Depot came to town! Clean store, friendly helpful staff. Kaye in Windows Treatments is an absolute star! She made the process of picking out shades fun and painless! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Kaye to take the sting out of such a big decision. We love Home Depot!

Casey and Kaye (In Flooring) are models of exemplary employees. Both have gone out of their way to make sure all of the questions were answered. Both are highly valuable employees to Home Depot.

My only complaint is that I should not have to pay shipping/delivery fee on an item out of stock, especially if I am willing to come to the store to pick of the item. I cancelled the item because of the $60.00 fee. I am only 9 miles from the store!

She cashier had no care in the world. She overcharged me over 140 dollars and when I told her about it she did not care. So I had to go to someone else and they took 2 hours trying to figure it out and my money is still not in my account. I have tried calling corporate and my call goes straight to hanging up.

Your return policy is terrible. It was a cluster trying to get credit on my accounts . Way too difficult and the attitude from the cashier was not acceptable. She asked for assistance but I don’t think she was receptive to helping Geraldine at all. She just walked away and left the cashier stumped . Your competition across the street (Lowe’s) has a pain free return system that maybe y’all should look into

I had a great experience shopping at Home Depot. Every associate was friendly and helpful. Phillip went above and beyond by assembling the pressure washer I purchased, explained to me how it worked and gave me advice on what solutions to purchase for easy cleaning. They have a great team of associates who enjoy helping the customer!

Excellent customer service. Joy in the flooring department was extremely helpful. She needs to be promoted or given a raise or both.

I always have a good experience at this store - associates are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean. If you need windows or doors, ask for Jack - excellent customer service.

This store is well-organized and has the most friendly, available, and helpful associates of any home improvement store I have ever visited.

Home Depot has always been my "go to store" for building supplies, garden products, carpeting & household appliances.

Very friendly staff that helpful us make some decisions about our purchase.

Wow, talk about a store full of "happy to help" staff. We purchased a large boxed item at the end of the day and Devin and Scott gave great service at the end of the day. Swift Service with a smile. I wanted to be sure I got a specific box and Devin made sure to let me know he heard my concern and affirmed that had followed my request when he delivered the box and put it right into the truck. I was very thankful for the friendly, fast and helpful service. I also observed a knowledgeable associate, Bobby using an app on his phone to share details about weedeaters with customers who spoke another language. I was impressed with his knowledge and professional assistance to these customers. Well done Home Depot Team! This store is clean and well organized and normally well stocked.
