This home depot is great.The staff is very friendly and helpful

As we walked we saw an employee name tag said elizabeth and ask if she would be so kind to help find what we needed.she gave us a dirty look we waited for her and ask if she could show us where it was she rudely sighed and pointed to isle 14 and said it was down there and walk away I have never been teated so rudely in home depot. I feel that I should be contacted or be mailed a gift card or somthing but most likely I'll never here back from the store manager and will probably see the same employee doing the same thing.

THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL YOUR PLUMING NEEDS...THE WISE MAN THERE KNOWS HIS STUFF.

Sales associate was very helpful. He even went as far as taking the item out of the box to show me exactly how it worked.

This store is extremely clean. They display clearance items in the main walkways to attract customers. Usually I have to find someone to help me, when an employee approaches me there attitude is better then one I have to ask for help. Since they WANT to help me. I have been to home depot stores where I been asked 5 times and greeted by wondering employees for assistance on that one visit alone.

I have used Home Depot for many years and feel that the employees at this store are of high caliber and appreciate the customers who go there. They go out of there way to assist you or will find someone who can. I do not mind driving out of my way to go here, even though you are not the closest Home Depot to me...

Out of stock issue resolved by 2 Supervisors...Angie and Augie; very satisfied with outcome. Will continue to shop Home Depot because of my local customer friendly employees and HD customer service policies. HD should be extremely proud of Angie and Augie for the value they bring to the company. There was no hesitation in assessing the issue and coming up with an acceptable solution. I needed paint and of course I'm a girl and had no idea what exactly I need for my sons room. Thank god the employees at Home Depot are trained and know what they are talking about they were able to help me pick the most Convenient paint for my sons room.

This store has been by far the best store to visit. I've been to other Home Depots and never get asked for help. I not only get asked by one associate. I get asked by multiple. That's great customer service. Always with a friendly smile.

Service is really good . Only time I have ever had a problem was when I need help loading heavy item that I needed help with. Had to wait about 15 minutes and no one came to help. Another customer ended up helping me. Store is always clean and neat.

I was simply amazed at the friendliness of the customer associate Sharon-SNI4S5. I have never been so pleased leaving this store before today. I would like for our cashier to receive recognition for her friendly service. She made us feel like we were not just another customer. I can really tell she enjoys her job & has such a bubbly personality!!!

I've always had good experiences at this store. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The product that I need is always on hand and so far I've had no bad days shopping here. I've met all of the managers and I feel that they would be there if I ever had a question. The cashiers are great, a few with Great customer service, Stephanie being one of them. Des and Teresa do a great job too.

This is a great store. They always have what I need and I am in and out without much delay. David at the paint desk is very knowledgeable about the paint products that I purchase on a daily basis. Dez at the checkout is always very friendly and is always in a good mood. Great way to start each morning.

Good staff, I always go in with a list of things I need, I get help finding them quick.

I found that the Selma store carries more items that I look for than the Visalia and Tulare Home Depot. The store seems that is far more stocked with merchandise and far larger.

STORE WAS CLEAN ...A FEW ISSUES IN A FEW AREA;S BUT NOT SEVER..SMALL ISSUES LIKE GARDENING NEEDED MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE FLOOR PEOPLE.......

Your associates need to be more eager to help, especially elderly people..

Pro parking makes it difficult to load items you have purchased because the people that are using it are not there to load materials. They want to park close to the door.
