Great experience picking floors, counters, paint and window coverings

I had a gentleman help me with check out. he was very respectful, kind and willing to make sure I had everything I needed. Sales person JJM6643

I had an 80 year old porch light that needed to be repaired or replaced. Staff helped me figure out how it could be repaired for $5 instead of replaced for $30 to $60 with one that wouldn't have looked as good as the original.

Went into Home Depot a little while ago. They weren’t too busy at all. But when I ask for help to get an item down from where I couldn’t reach it, no one came to help me. I asked one of the cashiers to page someone for help three different times And wasted about half an hour of my time and still no one came and helped me. For a store that wasn’t that busy this morning there was no one to get a simple item down from on top. I hope to not shop at this Home Depot ever again.

In 2008 I was an owner builder on a small property I had purchased. Home Depot establishing in Selma was the best thing that could have happened for my project. I will always shop there for any of my projects.

I been buying all my home goods here and have been extremely satisfied with the service, starting from customer assistance to low prices on everything there. I bough ceiling fans, security doors, garage openers with installation included for lower prices than other places.

Ladies at the service desk (Tania) and employees in the hardware and lumber (Jose) department were very helpful and had a good attitude. Thank you!

Found everything needed to build porch

On Sunday December 19, I was provided awful customer service by associate, Sarah. I had placed an order and was supposed to pick up equipment the day of, turns out, the equipment I ordered wasn’t available. Therefore, I approached her for help and asked to be refunded for to adjust my order to what was actually in stock and she simply said “I cannot help you with that”. I asked her several times to help me with my order since it was already placed and paid for and she failed to do so, instead she raised her voice at me. She told me to stop by the following business day, therefore I simply asked her to write her name down that way when there I would have someone or something to refer to and as a result, she wrote her name in VERY LARGE letters, as if I was stupid. Associates like Sara, do not deserve to work at customer service or in general, she isn’t demonstrating she’s capable to handling the position, but she is demonstrating that she wasn’t well educated or raised. Such an embarrassment of an employee. Sure I wasn’t the first or last customer she will treat the way I was treated. Hope she’s talked to, before she someone else puts her in her place.

Shopped this HD in the past. My wife and I were huddling over product in garden. Don’t know what happen; this store is clean inside/out and shelves are stocked.

Friendly staff, they answer all your questions , they go out of their way to help.

Good products & good prices.

I needed help in electrical, plumbing & paint & had excellent, knowledgeable help in each section. I was in & out quickly as they knew where the product was that I needed right away!

I have always had great visits at the Selma Home Depot store but Today was absolutely amazing I was greeted by Jamie she was so sweet and welcoming Martin and Lilliana were so helpful and helped me with my appliance and security door purchases they were so patient and helpful answered all of my questions and helped with my purchases my experience was fun quick and smooth!! Then SUPER SAM is always there to help with the loading if needed and he also provides professional customer service.

The Selma store is near my home in Fowler, so it is very convenient. The facility is always clean and organized in a way that I can easily find what I need. Stock is also competitively priced and displays a good variety. Everyone employed is friendly, and generally knowledgeable. When dealing with employees on the phone, the experience is always positive. I'm really glad you are here.

I have been to the Selma store quite a bit because it is the only home improvement store in town. Many times that I have entered and needed assistance, I had to go look for someone. At times, that associate knew his business, but many other times, it seemed like it was just a job to fulfill. I have noticed many times that the associates group together and just talk instead of approaching a customer to see if they can help. Friendliness is not a characteristic of the Selma store.
