Carlos, the store manager, was absolutely amazing and attentive. Showcased real customer service and also treated the other employees in the store extremely nicely. Everyone seems to be following his leadership in how they attend to customer- and as someone shopping for a DYI project this level of service is just what is needed, but often not offered at other home improvement stores. Amazing job!

Best Home Depot I've ever been to has the most friendliest workers there and the most helpful

I have always bought in this store for more than 15 years and every time I have less employees, do not substitute human contact for technology, human beings like to be attended effectively and try to keep their employees, not to have so many changes because Experience is not improvised.

I found this Home Depot to be cleaner than most in the area. While most employees give pretty good customer service, one in particular stood out, Alisha! She was the most attentive, patient and personable employee I've encountered in retail! She has earned Home Depot a customer for life!

This store is than better all the other stores. They somewhat take the time to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I wanted to spruce up the appearance of the front of my building by adding some trees. My husband could not help me so I went on my own, thinking that I'd have to lift heavy trees into my car. Fortunately for me, a lovely young staff member named Pedro from Home Depot helped me lift them onto the cart, and then he protected my new car with black sacks, and then he lifted the trees carefully into my car. Great young man, thank you for making my trip to HD a breeze. My front patio looks lovely now and it was all effortless thanks you you!

James White from Millwork was a HUGE help - thank you so much.

Could be a little more organized. Needless to say, customers do make it messy for them. I heard and associate helping another customer utter the dreaded words: "I wish I could help you but that is not my department" Thats is such a let down. Other then that, I you know your way around tools and stuff, you should be fine. But if you are not so acquainted with these things, then you will struggle with trying to get help from associates.

This store Is very clean and the employees are very professional

I have the 10% off discount coupons and the cashier refused to let me use it even though they let me use it this morning, telling it that home depot no longer accepts the coupons. However I went to the other home depot and they allowed me to use it without any trouble. I called the home depot company and asked if they allow the 10% discount and they told me, they do allow. It is just this store that refuses to honor the coupons.

The store is close to my home.But thats not the main reason for liking this home depot. I have developed a close friendship with the workers there and I appreciate good customer service. This is why I love this store.

I VISIT HOME DEPOT FREQUENTLY OVER 4 LOCATIONS. SECAUCUS HOME DEPOT CASHIER NAMED COLLEEN WAS VERY KIND AND WAS THE FIRST ONE WHO PUT THE SHOPPING BAG IN THE CART FOR ME.

The cashier by the name of stephanie provided me and my wife with amazin customerservice she was so polite and respectful to us she help us out to the fullest she defanatly made me want to keep shopping at the secaucus homedepot for the rest of my projects best customerservices i have ever recieved from the secaucus homedepot!

this store has a good location and a good parking lot. Inside it is well signalized and clean

I've been shopping here since the late 80's. This store is the best in the area, I walk in and everybody says hello and welcome back Robert. I love that personal touch, it make you want to come back.
