Stephanie the head cashier from the secaucus homedepot was an amazing help for me and my husband she helped us find everything that we needed for our home project she was very polite and very profesional.

Home Depot in Secaucus lately greatly improved flooring material selection. Garden center also is very appealing with great selection of flowers, shrubs and accessories. Store associates are very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Overall it is great store.

The isles were clearly labeled and I was able to find what I needed quickly without asking a sales associate. The store was clean and tidy and the only clutter I encountered that day was someone setting up a display but that only delayed me for a split second. The associates were friendly but one of the self checkout machines was down which you can say "cost me time" but only had to wait a couple of minutes before another one opened.

The Secaucus store is conveniently located close enough to my home that when I need something for the home or garden, I can get there and back pretty quick. It is easy to navigate the aisles since they are labeled correctly. And Sandy, my cashier, was extremely pleasant and friendly.

Employees answer the phone when you call, and always willing and available to assist.

Great customer service at the register, marcel was very friendly and very helpful, she help out with to find out the items that i coulndt find by myself , even though she was going to take her lunch she was so excited to offering me her assistance. Ill come back to the store , i hope all the associates were so excited about their job like her.

The tool rental department associates are extremely helpful! It was my first time doing a project and the associate Jamile explained to me step by step how to use the machines and guided me with picking out the necessary accessories to complete the job and even suggested I get some safety goggles, and a dust mask for my own safety.

Go here for associate Kat. She was an incredible help and will keep me coming back to this location as a loyal customer!

My review is the result of an over the phone purchase. I was desperately trying to purchase and have delivered to my home in Brooklyn NY a Galanz 7.6 cu. ft. Retro style top freezer refrigerator in red. After phoning all the stores closest to me and being told that either they didn't have the item or wouldn't deliver to Brooklyn, I was finally lucky enough to have Dorian Torres answer the phone when I called the Secaucus store. This wonderful young lady went well above and beyond the norm. to help me make the purchase and set the delivery. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, pleasant, understanding and professional and should be recognized and rewarded for her efforts. Ms. Torres most certainly knows how to provide top notch customer service. And because this was a phone purchase I will replace "with a smile" and say "with a wonderful sense of humor." This young lady is truly an ASSET to Home Depot. As a former Senior Operations Mgr. for Macy*s Herald Square, it is my recommendation that Ms. Torres be promoted to Director of Customer Service. Thank you so VERY MUCH Dorian.

We went to get paint and Kat helped us get the best paint for our living room. She was very informative and knew what she was talking about. Also, she made sure we have everything we needed for painting. We got behr Essex blue. She is the sweetest thank you kat ! Great location and staff. Definitely will come back for our improvement needs.

Dear Friends: Even though we are in New Jersey, this Store has a really great, helpful, courteous staff that helped us find a single can of special spray paint. Please buy more from them as my Lovely Wife and certainly will!

This place is a joke. I don't feel like typing out my complaints but anyone who has ever been here can tell this place must be run by amateurs. The customer service is awful. Home Depot Corporate seems to be on point on the phone. But do not go to this store. If you NEED home depot just go 5 mins away to North Bergen. Less tax up there and conveniently located next to Lowes in case you have a similar experience.

All of the Home Depot stores I've visited in the past 5 years, the employees have really come a long way. It's become a pleasant experience to shop at your stores. Freehold, Princeton, West Windsor, North Bergen, Lewes, Delawar and now Secaucus. Thanks for your help.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dealing with the public including myself can be difficult ( pbut I do try to be kind) and retail is one of the most difficult jobs. So kudos to the Home Depot in Secaucus.

The Store was clean and the employees were working hard to have a good organizacion and restock the shelves with the products for sale.

I am a shopper at many big box stores, Home Depot happens to be one of my favorite because it is very convenient to where I live. I am constantly annoyed that the security in the store doesn't appear to handle the tampering by many customers. When looking for an item with many parts, it always seems that the packaging has been tampered with, and some parts are removed. If by chance the product needed was picked up without checking the contents, when you try to complete the task at hand it can't be done. This requires another trip to the store, in hopes that all the packages are not in the same shape. If someone needs assistance they should ask, tampering and removing parts of the package are totally unacceptable and should be stopped.

My experience in this store is always good. Associates walk with you to the right location. Everything is very well placed. Cash registry associate are nice, they are always willing to help you with happy faces and nice greeting to us. I really recommend this store in Hudson Coutu town of Secaucus.

Conveniently close to my house. Excellent work timings on weekends, which suits me well. Great helpful staff. Easy to locate what you need plus there is the ever ready staff to guide and assist and advice. Great team.

Though the Holland Tunnel store is closer to me, I will drive to shop at this store every time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the store is well stocked. It's definitely worth the trip.
