great employees and managers parking area needs speed bumps and singage for speed limit (ie yield/stop) for pedestriean as per NJ state law!!

Convenient location. Traffic pattern getting out of he store not very convenient. Would be nice if store management contact Secaucus to add left turn into Secaucus. Also the area to improve- move sipping carts close to entrance. Half a hundred grilles display does not need to occupy all store entry front.

the store is great, parking is great, most of the employee are great, but there was this cashier who was having a bad day and was very rude.

Excellent Store to shopping

Seems to be not qiute up to par with other neighboring stores. A number of times I was shopping for an item, they were usually not available at this location. If available, they were difficult to find in the store. Some sections still do not have Aisle & Bay designation, maybe why item location (Aisle & Bay) does not show up on mobile app.

I'm so glad that this Home Depot is in Secaucus. The help I have found there has always been exceptional. I wasn't sure what I needed to buy for my project but the associate helper gave me options and suggestions that definitely helped me make my choices. The store was clean.

We have been shopping here for a long time out of necisity and have had multiple nightmare experiences. But Cashier Jay was very helpful and kind.

It’s one best store in the area compare to the others, this store have a lot inventory plus the costumer services are the excellent, the managers always willing to help the costumers. The guys from the Prodesk are the best , Jessica, David ,Ruth, Tracy , sonila, Octavia are best team . It makes a lot easy for a contractors.

As enormous as this Home Depot is, it is well organized. Employees have no problems in pointing you to the right direction when you are searching something. I have never come across a rude or not helpful person in this store. The displays are very appealing. I particularly like visiting the Plants area, the various selections are so pretty to look at. It is pleasant to visit this store in Secaucus.

The salesperson I dealt with was extremely helpful in finding the item I wonted.

The Secaucus location was neat, clean and well stocked with products. In addition, everyone, from the store manager to each departmental associate was more than willing to help us find what we needed. Everyone was friendly which is always nice to see.

STEPHANIE THE HEAD CASHIER WAS VERY HELPFUL ANFD VERY ON POINT WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOMEDEPOT CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH I COULDNT APPLY FOR ONE BECAUSE I HAVE LIKE 4 OF THEM SHE WAS STILL VERY HELP FUL WITH EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED AND SHR ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE AND WAS VERY POLITE EVEN THOUGH I ASKED A TON OF QUESTION SHE SURE MADE ME WANT TO BACK AGAIN TO THE SECAUCUS HOMEDEPOT BECASUE OF HER EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY PROFESIONAL.
