great associates in the appliance department. clean store and friendly helpful associates

I have been a customer of this location for many years and have always found the associates to be very friendly and ready to help with whatever I was looking for in the store and ordering special products.

store was clean and organised people were helpful

I stopped in on Super Bowl Sunday and received over the top customer service from the appliance department. Not only did I find exactly was I was looking for GE over the range white microwave, they nicely took it down off the shelf, put it in an additional cart, rolled it out to my car & placed it in my car.

I always get greeted by store employees and as an Air Force Veteran they always thank me for my Service to this Country.

Patty in the washer and dryer section was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out

People are great. Most of the time it has good inventory. I find the tool rental department very very handy next to the store.

Dan at the Pro desk is a true professional and it was a pleasure working with him. I live in Massachusetts but your Pro desk in Seabrook has made it worth coming back and never visiting the Pro Desk in Danvers again! I dealt with Michelle on day in Seabrook and she was a professional also. When I came back she was on vacation but Dan jumped right in and made my visit easy and professional, I will only visit this store from here on out!

The vast selection of flowers, shrubs, and trees was very impressive. It appeared that the staff was keeping things looking good, despite the terrible heat and drought we've had.

found products easy to find. the staff is very helpful in their departments. The store is very clean and well stocked.

Dan from the PRO dept helped me put a quote together for a fence. He was very helpful! He took the time to go over the perks of a few different style fences and gave me a brake down of how the fence would be put together. Although, I got a quote at another retailer that was the same price, I decided to go through Home Depot because the customer service was so much better. Dan helped me with the last project I completed (metal roof) and I received the same service then too! Thanks again Dan!

Very clean and cheerful. Everyone was very helpful. Was able to answer questions and would understand what I was asking. Finally, without sounding rude or racist, I could finally understand everyone who spoke to me.
