Good store. Bit unorganized trying to match lighting fixture light bulb numbers with light bulbs in lightbulb isle

This store is full of incompetent employees. I have had 2 different order issues over the past 2 years where employees can't seem to fill orders or find answers to items I have ordered like "where is my order"? Mnagement will not ansewers calls forwarded to them. Customer service hung up on me three times because I guess I was on hold too long. Given the unemployment rate, you would think people with half a brain would be working there. I will never shop home depot again because this store has proven that corporate doesn't care about its consumers. If I was to have my way, the Seabrook location would be re-staffed and management replaced. This is not MacDonalds, hire some people with some intelligence.

Patty was amazing and knowledgeable. Such a kind and patient person! Great customer service, she took the time to make us feel valued.

Best service ever.

This is the most service oriented Home Depot store that I have visited. The employees help one another in order to help their customers and they do it with a sincere caring attitude for one another and above all for the customer.

Seabrook is a store that more often than not has what I need for a reasonable price. When I need specialty items, I know where to find them. Unfortunately, One of my very favorite workers there was terminated because she called out a gentleman who took a candy bar rom the check-out counter and ate it without paying for it. To me this is a bit much. She was always a hard worker - she really knew her stuff. Many people who work there still miss her (me included). It is unfortunate that Home Depot seems to be leaning in the direction of many retail outlets - especially with its return policy. (Ah Well...) I can remember a woman bringing in her "Sears, Craftsman" lawnmower to the first Danvers, Massachusetts Home Depot Returns department. She gave the young man at the service counter such a difficult time, that the Manager told him to give her $45. - for a Sears tool. Nobody in line could understand that the manager just wanted her out of the store.

This Home depot store is about the kindest friendliest store I've ever been in they go out of their way to help you especially this young man named Todd who convinced me in opening a card with them and helped me with my purchase and put it into my card ,This is my New Home depot I will ever shop ,Stay away from Plaistow nh store they are slow they won't help you and if you ask a question then keep walking won't stop and say who knows and if call the store certain employee is very very rude Everyone shop SEABROOK NH TYEYVARE #1

Store is too automated/ regimented for help with simple situations. Was not able to get help on a simple return. Employees see problem and blame system/processing issues.

I had several issues with the product I was buying that was on sale. The #3404 Seabrook associates, especially George, did all they could to remedy the situation. I left with a patio set that had new table slate inserts and a sale price reduction that allowed me to buy 2 new chairs to complete the set. I actually paid $3.00 less than the original sale price. The associates were friendly during the whole experience. I can't say enough good things about the Seabrook Home Depot staff and store.

This store had the products, they just don’t have the employees who know the products. My suggestion is to do your own research before buying something at this store.

If you need a new refrigerator or other household appliance, go visit Patty at The Home Depot in Seabrook NH. She is an amazing sales person and extremely helpful.

I have never had any difficulty with making a return at this store. The customer service is excellent at this location.

Aubrey and Cora were very helpful loading masonry blocks on my truck. As a fork truck operator instructor I was impressed with the safety and teamwork these two workers practiced. Very good experience.
