Very helpful assistance from 4 different departments

I purchased my kitchen blinds at Home Depot and worked with Lisa Lane in Flooring/Blinds, and she was fabulous! The process was easy working with Lisa, and she was so thorough and willing to go the extra mile to help.

I'm happy with the large selection of products and items

This store is well stocked however I've noticed some larger stores have broader selections and somewhat differing choices.

Had a return which was difficult due to technology issues which were skillfully resolved by customer service staff. These customer service employees are always helpful, and always take the time and patience to make sure customers get what they need.

As a senior woman going into some hardware stores can be intimidating especially when looking for paint, tools, wood etc.. I have found the Seabrook, NH store employees very nice and helpful which will keep me coming back to this store. I also find this store to be clean and well stocked.

Patty and Stacia were so knowledgeable and helpful with our hardwood flooring purchase. They’re are both an asset to your store and we’d go back to shop with them again.

Robyn at Customer Service was incredibly helpful with my online order and paid special attention to my 6-year-old who was there with me.

My husband and I have been planting a garden and went to Home Depot on Saturday to get more items. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. More so I didn't pass one employee that didn't ask if I needed assistance! As someone who is handicapped I truely appreciate that as I can't always walk all over the store.

I recently needed several new appliances and wanted to possibly purchase new flooring for a couple of rooms. I worked with three separate employees over three visits and each was outstanding, Thank you, Lisa and Patty in Flooring and Christos in Appliances!!! You renewed my confidence in the ability to receive great customer service.

Due to a shortage of workers, often business hires without training in customer service. I work and I get it; some people are rude, some argumentative, some nasty. However, it is important to train employees to disregard the negative and maintain a helpful attitude. I find the Seabrook Home Depot hires and trains good employees.

My trip was super quick and easy thanks to the quick help of the staff both finding my supplies, mixing my paint and Todd at check out helping me (I am terrible at self check out) and he made the process so smooth and easy with a smile on his face. The only Home Depot I will go to !

Great and fast chechout!

We recently were looking to purchase carpet for three rooms and our stairs leading up to the second floor. We were greeted by Patty at the Home Depot Store in Seabrook, NH in the flooring department and she was extremely knowledgeable, courtesy and professional. Patty responded to all our questions and walked us through the entire process. She also followed up the next day to make us aware of a special offer that she was just made aware of on some of the products we had looked at while in the store to give us an opportunity to change our order for savings. Every employee in the store was friendly and ready to assist, the upbeat moral was quite evident as we worked our way through the store!

Happy to shop here. I find customer service here professional, especially at the younger age group and Farik in appliance always go over and beyond for you.

My husband and I were stuck with a broken washer just 2 days before Christmas. We thought it would be a nightmare but the staff at this location were amazing. Both Christos and Patty working in Appliances and Flooring were patient & knowledgable. Love this store, we will be back! Absolutely great service, Thank-you!

Rude and inconsiderate and incompetent taking our business elsewhere, three attempts at this store and we're done! Nightmare on orders and wrong or damaged deliveries!!

I PURCHASED 6 SHEETS OF 1/2" SHEETROCK. I HAVE PUT OFF PICKING THIS UP BECAUSE I AM 61. I AM NOT ABLE TO DO THIS TASK BY MYSELF. THE SEABROOK STORE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THIS EASED MY ANXIETY. THAT MEANS ALOT. WE LIVE IN CRAZY TIMES AND SMILES ARE GREATLY APRICIATED. THANK YOU!!!

My plants are thriving. I bought the plants and supplies needed at this Home Depot.

We bought rio flowers 7 years ago for our table on the deck and we like it so much that we buy them every year! This year, we bought a lot of Rio flowers because it’s very pretty and low maintenance ! And most importantly, hummingbirds love them!

At some stores it takes a long time to find a knowledgeable store associate to help with your questions. Patty was very knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with me and was very patient with all my questions. She helped me match up flooring to existing counters, walls, and backsplash and again was extremely patient as I made my decision.

Gene and Ken did a great job developing a demanding custom color match for an exterior paint Behr paint product.
