Excellent time in and out of the store. Service desk lady was very helpful in guiding me to my shopping needs.

Store has many different options if your remodeling. I bought a deep freezer and many plants. Store is always fully stocked and cleaned.

The cashier Adriana was incredibly rude. She checked me out, but ignored me entirely. Never once responded to spoke with me. I felt like I was invisible. I guess I was able to accomplish what I needed by coming in, but a little human interaction would have been appreciated. Most of the staff is great, but Adriana should have stayed home for the day.

The store was super clean I Was able to find what I was looking for. A+ For the helpful friendly associates.

I had to share about a great experience I had today at my local Home Depot. I've gotten to know and trust Reyn as my sales person. Reyn has such a nice, calm style about him which builds trust and confidence. He sat with me over an hour to custom order kitchen shades. This is a once in 20 years activity for me so I truly appreciated his coaching and suggestions. Reyn went so far as to contact the product rep as well as his manager to secure a nice discount on the products I ordered. I can't wait for my shades to arrive and to be installed by a Home Depot vendor.

I had a lot of empty plant pots (about 50), and wanted to return them for Recycling. Did not know if the store would have a Recycling area due to the virus thing, so I telephoned as not to bring them, find out there wasn't a Recycling area, and have to bring them back home. Person answered the phone "Garden" but did not give a name. Asked about the recycling area/cart. He had NO idea what I was talking about and I had to give him a lengthy explanation, and he still didn't get it. After a bit of back-and-forth he finally said "I don't know if we have that...um, no we don't". So I left the pots at home with plans to look up the recycling rules for Milwaukee later. Went to the store and guess what I saw up against the East wall of the Garden centre...the Recycling cart! Told a woman who said she was a Manager (didn't see a name tag that said "Manager", just the regular orange apron with a name written on it in Magic Marker) who said she'd "get the word out". I went a few days later when it was convenient for me, and dropped them off. Also not happy that if a customer uses a credit/debit card the transaction must be done at a Self-Service lane. I refuse to use them (anywhere) because #1 I don't work there (unless I get an employee discount for doing an employee's job) and #2 it's eliminating a job. Had the woman that told people which lane to use (social distancing thing) check me out. But the cashiers are handling cash...makes no sense. Card transactions are almost completely touch-less. Cash transactions require the clerk to handle money that is dirty, sweaty, and nobody knows where it's been!

As a rule, I prefer to travel the extra distance to the Franklin, WI store on 27th Street. However, that store has limited access now, and customers can only enter through the South door and exit either through the North door or Garden Centre. Holt Avenue allows customers to enter the store through any door--even through the Garden Centre, which means customers can look at plants displayed outside and enter right there at the Garden Centre rather than walking to the next door and then back-tracking to the Garden Centre. The store is clean and as well-stocked as it can be during this whole COVID-19 time. Didn't need assistance, but the cashier Gustavo was very nice. He actually made me feel like he liked his job, was glad to see me and wanted to see me there again.

The staff at this store were great except for the employee watching the merchandise pick up parking area. This employee was rude, cussing on their cell phone while watching me load a refrigerator into my truck by myself, he did not even offer to take the empty cart. Won't shop at this location again, I am just glad my kids were not along to hear his foul language.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a project I've tried to have completed. I came in about a month-and-a-half ago to order a storm door. Amy was not a very good associate she has poor communication skills and I think is too young and immature for the job. It took about a month for them to come out and measure and after that I heard nothing. In the meantime my front door so I went into the store to order another door and it was a whole nother Fiasco it's took another month for them to come out and measure for that due to 1/2 inch difference I have to have a custom door ordered which will cost $200 more to have ordered. It has now been two and a half months and I still don't have a front door. I am very disappointed I am very discouraged and will never ever stop at the store again after this project is done! I couldn't believe after all this time they couldn't at least take off a little bit money wise considering it was only a half inch difference! Very poor service at the store!

Found a ladder accessory online and in stock in the store. Arrived and found a better item for less money and picked it out and purchased it. In and out in very little time

I love this Home Depot because there is always someone available to help out or point you in the right direction, but they’re never pushy or give unsolicited advice.

The store manager Courtney, was very nice and helpful. She made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She provided wonderful customer services.

The store was clean and well stocked and the person who helped us get our dishwasher was very nice.

Associates in lumber were great and cut down several sheets of 4x8 plywood to size. Then walked me to other areas to find products I needed.

I would like to personally thank Home Depot (Store #4941) for the kindness that was extended to me as I taught my first intro to carpentry class. During the month of January I was tasked with leading a class at Carmen Southeast/Pulaski High School in building bird houses and raised bed gardens. As they do not have a wood shop I had to purchase all of the tools and materials to complete our projects. I went into Home Depot with a list of supplies and was readily assisted in the endeavor. I had to come back a series of times to return and purchase new items. I greatly appreciate the customer service of everyone I interacted with. After completing our projects the students wanted to paint both their birdhouses and the raised bed gardens. I went back to Home Depot and spoke with Courtney. I explained the projects we were working on and how we were on the tail end of our project. She told me that they would take $50.00 of the cost of the painting supplies. She then kindly took me over to Tom B. and Sarah G. in paint to assist me. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and assisted me in acquiring the correct kinds of paints for the outdoor projects. I will continue to shop at this location for all my future tool and material purchases

Manual in customer service was extremely helpful. Best to order flooring in store. Had a bit of a hassle over the phone. Service is pretty great!
