I needed carpeting for a rental property. Home Depot has good prices, and the process to order was surprisingly easy. Jose was a great help. I recommend this store.

Employees are helpful and I enjoy the atmosphere. It seems everyone is welcome here and they don't talk down to you.

Very convenient since it’s next to the grocery store, but you never know what kind of employee/cashier you’re going to get that day. People are either helpful, or wrapped up in their own conversations and just want to get to the next person so they can continue their conversations. They’ll bypass your wanting an electronic receipt because it’s easier for them to just print. And no one seems to like to take responsibility for their errors and help the customer. I’ll just go to the next closest location.

I had an issue purchasing a patio set. The employee at this store went above and beyond to rectify the issue and provided the best customer service I've seen in decades!

We went into the store and there was 5 bins to one lid and the lid was broken. Jesus It's very helpful And when above and beyond his duties.

Get employees who know how to work with customer on issues. Oline or in store

Recently had windows installed which took from June 2021-May 2022 to complete. When all was said and done Home Depot charged our account twice. Was informed by the credit department that the issue needed to be resolved in the store but the managers in the store told us they couldn’t fix the issue. We ended up not being able to make our purchase and having to resolve the issue ourselves.

Emily has such a great attitude that it hardly felt like she was doing a job. She was chipper and friendly throughout the whole transaction. Would visit again just to go through her lane.

We were just "looking" at kitchen cabinets but the young lady who would normally help was in the middle of a consultation (we didn't have an appt. or anything) another employee came to our aid...Andy from Fixtures and Electrical was knowledgeable and explained things we didn't even know to ask about... it was such a good experience we called and made and appt. the next day. We were fortunate enough to have another employee who really knew her way around with our kitchen remodel. Both employees Ann and Andy were personable AND so helpful can't praise Ann enough for making our visit and purchase smooth and easy..big plus is that there was a sale 20% off and we saved OVER $1,000 dollars. If you are thinking about cabinets definitely ask for Ann Carroll.

The store is good. Has most of what you need and is fairly well organized. However, Sarah who was working as a cashier in the returns department / customer service seat was AMAZING! She literally made my day. She deserves a raise and a promotion!

Waited for an employee to finished with some customers about 4 minutes, for him to see me waiting and then walk away. I hope he didn't think I was waiting to get down aisle, I would had said excuse me to continue down the aisle.

Although I feel they should carry more cable equipment, the experience was still pleasing due to the outstanding customer service.

I'm very happy with the product I purchased & pleased with the way it's working. Will definitely be back soon.
