Zero stars not 1!!! Product laying all over. Many store shelves empty. Maybe breaking up the employee groups of 3 or more standing around doing nothing would help. 12 employees did not know what they are doing. The store manager is letting me clean up a mess that damaged caulk tubes caused from being sliced with a box cutter caused. He is also making me throw a jacket out that was destroyed from product disputing all over. Never again!!!!

Employees are always helpful and the size of the store and width of sizes makes it more comfortable to navigate.

Ask for Manuel Gonzalez in Appliances. He is very knowledgeable and helpful!

I'm always pleased and satisfied shopping at this store. It not only is close to me, but I feel very confident that I will get what I'm going there for. I very seldom go to other stores. As I stated before, I can always find someone to help me, the shelves are always full and neat, everyone is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get what I'm looking for. This store exceeded my expectations. I usually shop at west allis but many things tend to be out of stock nor are the employees to eager to help. At this store they had everything I needed and more also make sure to say hi to the cashier Jennifer she was super helpful and made our day!

this store always has what i need at a good price.most times more than one type of product for the same project and knowledgeable people on hand to answer questions and give advice.

Went to purchase some storage bins from the Holt Ave Home Depot store, looked up the product online and "thought is said that there were 7 in stock", started looking about and could not find the product. I asked a nearby store employee who was stacking a display and was quite busy. She stopped what she was doing, listened carefully and cheerfully and said that "It's been quite busy with persons buying storage products so we may be out of stock, let me look it up for you." She looked up the product, found there were none available in store but there were 7 at a nearby store. She then called the store to see if they still had stock, (Oh and she was still stocking bins while she was doing this, it took at least 15 minutes) she asked them to set some aside and they said they would if I bought them from this store and picked them up from the other store. She took me to the service cashier and set me up, checked me out, told me where to go and how to pick them up. Great job!

Everything was great. The cashier (joliz) was really sweet and kind.

Reyn Appell, Flooring Specialist, was very helpful and patient. He was informative and very thorough. He was attentive without being annoying. Sorry, I had to mention that because I can get annoyed easily when it comes to help with projects of this magnitude. Reyn was great!

This store is very poorly managed. The customer service is lacking at best.

"MY" Home Depot is my go to spot for summer annual plants as well as needs that come up for general household repair. It's close by and I don't need to "fly" around town to find exactly what I need at a reasonable price. most important employers are easy to identify with their orange aprons so finding help is never and issue....no guessing! Never move HD!

I did a lot of research on a electric fireplace. I picked the one at Home Depot, I knew someone would help me. I ask King who was greeter at door, He managed to get me help with Sam, Gilbert and Manuel. I can always fine what I need at Home Depot.

This store is very convenient to me , from the associates , to management to even the janitors , management runs a tight ship , but I have to give we’re credit is due , the cleaning service always seems to have the restrooms clean , and that goes a long way , for my safety, I see cashiers wiping down everything constant ,outside the store is always clean ,

The store is more helpful than most of the home depot stores. They are a more willing to show you where items are and have more knowledgeable employees who are actively attending to their duties.

Jocelyne at checkout worked hard to find me the products I was looking for. This was not an easy task but she came through for me. Thx.

Veronica and Sarah are on point at the pro desk , the store manager Graham listens when the is a problem, and rectifies the problem, I’ve been shopping there for a while and it’s been very consistent

The associates were very efficient and friendly in the paint department area. They both listened to my concerns about chemicals in the products. Store was very clean.

Excellent customer service

An associate at the store lead me to all the items I needed, and even loaded them into my cart! You can’t receive better service than this! He even asked if I needed help getting it into my car! Fantastic experience!
