Great Service I actually tried to call the store to compliment the great service I received from George. He retrieved a large workbench my wife ordered from the back and offered to help load it into my car. I told him my son was with me and I could do it - but he "just happened" to be outside to help anyway. Terrific service and great products = more shopping at Home Depot in our future.

Zee in the paint department is very helpful. I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance by other employees as well. Very helpful and friendly

Today we received great service at the Sawmill rd Home Depot. From the time we walked into the store we were greeted and had all of our questions answered. Vijay at checkout was extremely helpful

The paint staff is very helpful and provides great service. We went into the store with our toddler and our dog. Ron in paint was immediately helpful in entertaining our dog and talking to our son while we chose colors. He was awesome and we will be back, with the dog and baby!

Best experiences working on a painting project. Tom in Paints on Sawmill Road was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and fast every time I've been to see him on this project. His questions and advice were a huge help for me doing the job right and saved me a good bit of money. When he's not there to help, others have been great, too.

The store is a convenient location and has ample parking.

Cashier was Nurun and she went out of her way to show me an alternative product than the one I brought to the register that was cheaper but had more options. She also pushed a large item out the way that was left in the aisle so other customers could walk through.

Trinity was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in helping me place an online order for interior doors. Couldn’t have done it without her!

I LOVE THIS STORE!

This is the second time in about three weeks where the paint department has been under staff with lines. The associate at the paint counter seems to have no ambition to get moving. Or better yet call for additional assistance. On both occasions people are getting mad and just leaving. I left also. I went to the blue competitor two minutes up the road where I was served immediately. And the whole problem was that both times the paint department shelves were not correctly stocked. The merchandise was above. But no associate would assist to bring down the additional merchandise. Also the lighting in the store seems to have been reduced. Many areas and shelves it’s almost Impossible to read the tags on the shelves because of the shadows and dark areas.

Jackie in appliances made buying a washer dryer incredibly easy and quick. They also price matched based on a price from a week prior that had gone up.

My experience with the store and its sales staff is always very good. My experience with your window department and their installer appointment could not be any worse than it was as I explained in the survey. You need a major overhaul here plus your price for window installation is very high. That too needs an overhaul. Other than my negative window experience the store is excellent.

I waited in line for a return for over 20 MINUTES and I was the first in line why your associate (new--I saw him being trained the week before) was trying to process a return for a customer. The line continued to grow behind me to about 7-10 people deep. The associate seemed oblivious to the line and did not page for additional assistance. He was the only associate at the desk--both for On-Line Pickup and Returns. About 2 weeks before I waited in line at the paint counter for almost 30 minutes--again, not staffed.

Sathiyabama was very friendly and welcoming. She checked me out quickly, and provided great customer service.

After going to another flooring store, we thought we'd compare prices and product quality at The Home Depot. Old Man Ron was there to help and following our in-home measurement, he wanted to be sure that there would be continuity through our entire purchase. He took a personal interest in our outcome, while truly not being pushy at all. We opted for The Home Depot because we could get exactly what we wanted at the best price. So far (installation in 2 weeks) all has gone extremely well. We are happy with the quality and the price.
