I have been dealing with one of your customer service associates over the last year and every time it’s the same person, Megan. Megan always has a smile when she greets me at the Customer Service desk and she is always going above and beyond my expectation. She is kind and considerate of other people’s needs and suggesting ways to achieve my goals. Megan is a real Gem and should be recognized as a top performer in Customer Service. She really stands out every time I need help.

I started shopping at the Dublin store after moving into a new home. This store is very clean and organized. The store employees are friendly and very helpful, especially if you have a problem you can't solve.

Needed help with a cabinet order as a first time homeowner, and Anwyn assisted through the entire process. We are thankful for her and her help!

bought new smoke alarms for our house and you had just what we needed

I purchased concrete mix bags for a job but had 5 bags left over. When I went to return them, the SKU of the items didn’t match the receipt because of an error by the cashier at a different store location. Aleah especially was extremely helpful and kind to get the situation fixed. I would recommend this store.

Very frustrating to be able to locate an associate for help! They are practically invisible. It has been an on going situation for years!

best home depot for assisting the customer

Was looking for hardware knobs and pulls for a dresser.. limited selection of brown/bronze finishes. However, Mark B. was helpful... he actually came up to me, asking if I needed help with anything! That's a first... in a long, long time. Typically, when I go to big box stores, I can never find employees to help me.

A very friendly associate helped me find a very small, inexpensive item. He must have recognized the fact that I knew nothing about my project!

Don't go to this location if you want to get followed in the store and feel like all employees are watching you.

I like going to this Home Depot the most. There are always people around to help you.

Jackie in appliances was the best employee I have dealt with at Home Depot or your competition. I get upset when employees are rude, cannot answer questions or do not know the products in their department. Jackie took care of me from start to finish as I bought a clearance LG washer and dryer. She knew the product, gave advise and even told me she had an LG washer and dryer and loved it. Even thought it is farther away from my house compared to your main competitor, I will come back to your store because the care Jackie showed. She made a big impact on me. I hope she is a valued employee because she made a big impression on me. Thank you, Jackie!

It had the item, that I was looking for. A cushion toilet lid or seat. I had many choice to choose from.

The staff here is always looking to help and definitely know their products. It's a pleasure to shop here where someone actually knows what they are doing.

From the time we walked into the store, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Along the way to the appliance section we asked a few people questions and even if it wasn't their area of expertise, they walked us to the correct person to help us!

This Home Depot is not as convenient for me to get to as 2 other stores in Columbus, but this store is always well-stocked, clean, and has the most knowledgeable staff. I go out of my way to shop at this location.

You are always my reliable landscaping stones source, but today was awesome. In particular, shout out to Dave, who helped me load (without asking) and helped me scramble when some of my rocks got loose. I appreciate quick, efficient trips that deliver great value and great service!

Our kitchen designer, Anwyn, at Home Depot Columbus on Sawmill Road is awesome! She is professional, knows her resources, rolled with or changes and saved us a lot of money by entering us a Pro customer for our $20,000 cabinet order and installation. She won our trust immediately.

I had to go to Home Depot to get mulch. I was not looking forward to it, but I was in/out in <10 minutes. The cashier was super helpful and they had a large drive through cage set up where you could drive in and they put the mulch in your vehicle. It was fast and efficient and they employees were great!
