This store is managed so well! The experience visiting this location is very welcoming and everything is always clean, stacked nicely, and conveniently located. I have been coming here since I was a child with my father, now being 2021 I am coming here as an adult. It’s always delightful to visit this location. Every employee is welcoming, positive, and really enjoy their job!

I have always found the employees in this store to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. They seem to really care about their customers and try to satisfy your every need. This is in stark contrast to other home improvement stores where I have previously shopped. I would not go anywhere else.

The customer service of staff member, Amanda, at the Customer Service desk exemplifies all that is good. She was incredibly patient with my purchase which became complicated due to issues opening up a credit card. She kept all of my information organized, asked for help from fellow staff when needed, helped me locate an item within the store and performed all tasks with a positive attitude.

I purchased a washer and dryer online from Home Depot, but if I had it to do over again, I would have gone in the store and worked with Mike in the appliance section. He is a very sincere, honest and genuine individual, and I feel as though I can fully trust what he tells me. He says it like it is, and I appreciate that. I encourage you to stop by and meet him next time you're in the store. He's what I call a "keeper," someone Home Depot should appreciate they have as an employee.

This store is a great place to shop for your home improvement projects, remodeling, or just needing a hard to find tool or item. Their mobile app is easy to navigate and use while in store if needed. The store associates are always there to help you with hand if needed and they are not shy to come up and say hello and ask if you need help. Their staff is helpful when I have questions about specific items. They have completive pricing and veterans discount very easy to use at the checkout. Compared to other stores; I am a frequent customer here.

Not only was the store clean and the employees were polite and helpful the paint department went above and beyond to help me out.

Very happy with this store. People are very helpful when needed but they don't hang around when not needed. No pressure. I prefer them over the competition.

This store has terrible service! Waited 20 minutes for assistance then left the store without the items I went there to buy. Had to drive across town to another HD store to get what I needed. Won’t be back to this store anytime soon!

I'm losing faith in the paint department at Home Depot - not just this store. Today, a gentleman who probably doesn't ever work in the paint department didn't shake the can after adding the colors and didn't hammer down the lid which resulted in the paint spilling on the way home.

Employees not friendly nor educated on how to place an order - always blaming the computer for their mistakes. Some will walk away in the opposite direction when they see a customer approach them. The blinds and flooring dept is especially bad in this regard. Cancelled two orders with them because they consistently made mistakes. At least the people at the return desk know what they're doing. :)

HD.com blundered on an order for a new fridge. No one at HD.com could explain what happened. When I called the store the order would be attached to the manager treated me like I did not matter. Over the years my wife and I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from HD. I was not treated like my past and current business was valued. My recommendation to you is go somewhere that values and appreciates your business. This store clearly does not.

I got the product that I need. It's closest one to my house. It's convenient to shop.

The store was clean and organized. I found the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors very quickly and was looking when Liz arrived to help me realize exactly what I needed. Liz was very helpful in describing how different types work and helped me decide what would work best in my house.

The associates here are friendly and helpful, especially Keith in the Garden department. I am able to get what I need and be in and out quickly.

My husband and I frequent this store at least 3 times a month as we maintain our house repairs and upgrades all the time. This stores associates are extremely reliable in helping us find the products we need and when asked, they give us the input we need to make a decision on what we need for any projects. We always choose this store because of it's excellence in customer service.

The store is always clean. The employees have always been courteous and polite to me whenever I have needed to ask for information. I have never been treated badly before.

I used the HD app to find a circuit breaker before I even got to the store, then walked right to it. Great app.

Liz in the electrical dept is wonderful. Unfortunately corporate has decided to stop stocking quality electrical materials and is replacing them with the cheap, foreign made Commercial Electric brand. At the same price! Just go to an Electrical Supply house directly now to find quality materials and don't waste your time here.

Train your cashiers to better communicate and treat your customers. I had a bad experience with your cashier, Mark, at the garden center this morning. I can obviously see that he was annoyed by my additional items while my husband was paying at the register. He showed his attitude (upset w/ grumpy voice), ordering me to put my flowers in the table even though I already did. Of course he didn't greet me at all, no hi, no thank you, or no smile.

Be careful getting safety advice. I attempted to purchase a ceiling fan for a wet location and was told the fan they sold me was safe because it was labeled "Outdoor" and "Damp." The manufacturer (Hunter) website disagrees. This is a safety issue.

The store was clean. It was well stocked except those disinfectants and wipies that are hard to find anywhere. Staff was courteous. Store was clean.

Hardy any associate wearing masks or gloves. Associates coming way too close to customers. Associates standing shoulder to should having a good time. Hey, there’s this coronavirus thing going on. The rest of us are wearing masks so we don’t spread it to you in case we have it. Maybe you could do the same.

I researched the item that I was looking for at the Home Depot website before going to the store. It made my visit to the store fast and easy since the website listed the aisle where my item was located. I highly recommend visiting the website to help find the item/items that you are looking for.

The staff at the Sawmill store were extremely helpful. The main person I dealt with was actually from the cabinet department, and needed help with some of the computer stuff and three other staff members stepped in to help. Outstanding customer service.

Quick, friendly customer service with great deals on home improvement products. Home Depot associates working during COVID-19 are wonderful! Even during a pandemic, emergencies happen at home that need immediate attention. So glad Home Depot is continuing to meet customer needs during this health emergency. I needed a product to complete an urgent home repair. I found the product on-line at numerous retailers, all of which were more expensive than Home Depot. I purchased the item on-line and went to the Home Depot on Sawmill Road in Columbus, Ohio. Upon arriving at the store, I was very pleased to see that the store had implemented protection measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I went directly to the customer service pickup area. The lady at the register was very friendly and professional. She immediately asked another associate to retrieve the item. The clerk then completed the transaction. Start to finish, entire process took about 5 minutes. I always have a pleasant customer experience at this Home Depot. Highly recommend.
