I finally finished my new landscaping project in front of our home this past summer, thanks to The Home Depot. I purchased two rolls of weed blocker, 75 bags of mulch, and more than 250 paver stones to complete the new landscaping beds I had begun creating two summers ago. The Home Depot staff helped me order a skid of pavers of my own after I had cleared their stock from the shelves. Once the new pavers arrived, they also helped me load them into my vehicle on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were eager to hear about my project and insisted that I come back and show them photos after it was finished. Their assistance and interest in my project helped me feel supported and motivated - and I made some cool friends along the way. I know I can count on The Home Depot staff whenever I start another project to give me tips of the trades and help me find the right tools and materials to finish the work. Thanks, HD!

Last Christmas Home Depot had these light up LED sheep dogs. I tried to get one, but they were sold out everywhere. They got them again this year and they have reindeer antlers on them! I called Home Depot and they said they had one, but they had not put their decorations out yet, but if I came in they would look for it. I went in today, and I cannot believe what these guys did to find the sheep dog for me. I ♥️Home Depot. Thank you Mason, and Fadel and Edwin! I am embarrassed to say I almost cried because I was so shocked they did this for me.

Blair went above and beyond in the Paint Department, taking care of my current needs as well as providing info stickers on all previous paint purchases. No other employee offered that extra service in previous visits

Visiting Store 3831 tonight and met May Chen. She was the premier example of a super customer service focused professional. She was the best H. Depot employee, I have met in my 57 years! She didn't bury her face in the HD app but instead, knew where "stuff" was and if it was out of stock, she could order it. She took care of my mil discount rang up our items and ensured we had free deliver on the online ordered items. I am going back just have May brighten my day. She is the best!

I received paint that was not properly matched. I took it back to have it fixed, and the kid in the paint department had no knowledge of how to fix it.Nurun was Unwilling to provide a refund and I had to argue to get it refunded and then have it put back on my card. No apologies for the time of mine that they wasted. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

The employees at this store fail to assist me loading (both in store and into my truck) 4 x 8 sheets of board. I'm 67, a woman, and have a brain disorder. So if you don't mind and have the ability to do it all yourself, then have at it. Will not likely ship at this store again... very disappointing customer assistance!

We visit the Sawmill Rd Home Depot a few times a month. We always find what we came for and the prices are usually reasonable.

General Manager Jessie Ricker was the best Customer Centric person I have ever met. He went beyond his duty to take care of my situation. We need more people like him in every store!

I generally knew what I needed/wanted. Friendly and helpful staff gave me the pros and cons of products without trying to upsell.

This is my neighborhood go-to store. The people working there are courteous and knowledgeable. If I have a question, they can usually find me the answer. I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot on Sawmill Rd.

What a great shopping experience today. Best looking flowers, vegetables and herbs I have seen in town-- and at a great price! Wave petunias were $3 where Straders was charging $6 for the same size. Parking is super convenient right near the entrance to the greenhouse area, and the aisles are big enough to actually use the carts to shop. At least 4 employees were walking around asking people how they could help. Great experience!

What a great store. There is always someone there to help if you need it. Clerks and Cashiers are wonderful. We are lucky to have such a nice neighborhood store.

Our overall experience was great and we are so happy with our Hampton Bay River Cliff patio table and chairs from our Sawmill store!

After getting a sales rep furqan he was helpful and was able get the order in with some savings. He did a great job. After getting the order I was surprised with the color. But it was the the color on the sales order. He was helpful when I stopped by the store after the problem with delivery. He did a good job to help correct it. So far the GE units are nice

I almost gave up on shopping at Home Depot last year when I moved to the area and visited 3 different Home Depot only to experience uninterested and unhelpful staff. But then I came to this one and even though it’s further from home than 2 others I have returned here over a dozen times, always helped by friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This Home Depot is the best of the best!
