Very pleasant

I needed touchup paint for my home that had been painted 8 years ago. I had taken pictures of the top of the paint cans before I threw them away a while ago. Janet in the paint department used the pics and immediately fixed me up with all of the touchup paint I needed and the match on the walls was perfect! She was friendly and knowledgeable and also helped me with another project I needed to do by giving me the right product and explaining how to do it. Again, worked perfectly! Qamar at checkout was very kind and helpful when I had trouble with a self checkout register. She got me out of the door quickly!

Great store location, workers are friendly, but shelves are always unstocked .. I could not even find a door stopper .. the selections were horrible could not even find a match to have same door stopper on all bedroom doors .. unbelievable ..poor supply of shelving products ..

This location is our go-to store for years now. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, the store usually has several brands to choose from for whatever it is I am purchasing. This is something that is important to me as a Master Electrician. The store is clean, fully stocked and there is always someone willing to assist you. It's great that the employees are really well trained and have knowledge about the departments they work in so you know you are getting sound advice. As a small business owner, I find I prefer to purchase my material at Home Depot rather than the large Electrical Warehouses. Good job guys, thank you!

The store was clean and the the employees were kind and understanding, willing to give a helping hand and the items I needed/wanted were easily available with the help of the employee. They were in the wright time and place when to help me when I walked in the house.

The store was very organized. The associates were very helpful and nice. I will be shopping here more frequently. The products were easy to find and there was enough on stock.

Janet was the amazing employee that assisted us. Not only was she kind but she was extremely knowledgeable about the products that she was helping us with. Rare to find now a days. Deff will be back when she’s working for questions and service.

This store has a great ambience, it is clean and very well organized, the associates are friendly, with good mood, and ready to help you guiding you to the right place.

Poor customer service in the landscaping/garden department. Employees never offer to help load materials, they will stand and watch you work or walk away while you load bags of rock. No one ever comes up and asks if they can help or lend assistance. I asked an employee today to help load 35 bags of rocks and he said he had to go get someone. No one came. It was just 35 bags - but I had to load them on my cart and then into my truck. Would have been nice to have assistance. I then asked the cashier if someone could help me load materials in my truck. She called for assistance, no one came. Attitude of cashier was apathetic. I have bought over 350 bags of landscape rock this year - no one ever helps. I'm done!

This store is really a stand out from other stores. Everyone is so friendly and always available to help me.

Anytime I shop at this location. The staff is always welcoming and are always very helpful to find the items I need on the trip.

Know your dishwasher measurements. NOT ALL DISHWASHERS ARE AN EXACT SIZE STANDARD AND ARE OFF BY half an inch. I came in with photos of my measuring tape up against the height and width and showed it to the sales person in appliances. I selected the new dishwasher and showed her the photos. "No problem, the model I selected will fit". It did not!!! Waste of time.

The store is clean and the products are easy to find. The sales associates are very helpful and courteous. Love to shop here.

Marshall in doors alerted me to a damaged door ( 1 of 8 ) preventing me from purchasing said door and returning it at a later date. HD IT should create a feature at self check-out enabling the use and application of military service to the purchase without assistance of a store employee.

ALL HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES SHOULD BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL AREAS, KNOW HOW TO FIND THINGS IN ALL AISLES AND BE READILY AVAILBLE AND NOT HAVE CUSTOMERS WASTE VALUABLE TIME HAVING TO TRY AND FIND THE RIGHT PERSON TO HELP THEM WITH THEIR QUESTION. I AM TIRED OF WASTING TIME TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME AND WHEN I FINALLY DO FIND SOMEONE I DON'T WANT THEM TO TELL ME IT IS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT AND THAT I NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE

Employees take their time to help you if you ask for help especially They have a cashier named Barbara who makes your day with her smile and attitude while ringing you up pretty quick

I rarely don't find what I need every time I go. The store is always clean, inside and outside in the gardening area. Prices are very competitive. Ambient is very friendly. The only thing I think that should be improved is the quantity of employees in some departments (such as lighting and Lawn & Garden). Maybe a few computer terminals could be available for customers to locate a specific item while in store when a staff member is not available.

I live close by and frequent this store often service has not always been great but lately I have noticed a trend in better and more friendly employees with helpful attitudes.

It's great when you find a store that you don't have to walk around the store for 10-15 minutes to find someone to help you. I was able to get help quickly and also make my purchase quickly. The employees at the store from what I've seen so far are friendly and helpful.

Eventhough it was a few minutes to closing time, all of the Home Depot staff were very helpful and assisted me in finding merchandise that I was looking for. The employees actually took me to the locations where I could find the products I needed.
