We visited the store for paint and had the pleasure of meeting Janet. She was very patient and knowledgeable and assisted us with all of our questions.

I entered not knowing how I was going to fix several issues in my back yard with company arriving the next day. Team members at this store were very gracious and walked me through everything I needed to fix multiple problems. Great service, great team!!!

Great customer service at the returns dept and throughout the store. Also bought 2 flashlights buy 1 get 1 free. Definitely worth it.

I've been visiting/shopping at the Sawgrass store for over 10 years and have always been satisfied at the service and knowledge of the employees at the store. I've never had any distasteful experiences. Returns are easy and prompt. Most importantly, there's always an store associate to assist if you have any questions at any isle. Best Home Deport location I've known!

Great customer service! The people at the 12525 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323 store were extremely helpful, specially Delroy and Latrese. They were very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding the best grill and accessories.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They will stop what they are doing to help and explain when asked.

We were offered a $25 refund on our purchases if we signed up for another Home Deport Card. Our cashier Shanti was fabulous, obviously looking out for the customer and also representing Home Depot as an awesome asset. Got us through the acceptance process in little to no time. She was great!

Janet in the paint department is amazing a real asset to your store. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Carmelita our cashier was great she took the time to put all of the things we bought outlets and switch plates in a box . These two awesome ladies should be recognized.

Special commendations to Mr. Gary Wright for his excellent customer service. On the many occasions I have been to the Sawgrass Home Depot store and needed help, Gary always come through. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the store which makes one shopping experience worthwhile..

Pretty terrible customer service. Really hard to find someone to help you. When you do find someone ,half the time they don't even know where anything is. I really miss the shell number I had near my home in Miami.

all do to the personnel at this store. the original item I wanted was discontinued but I was shown a product that was equivalent Anthony S. went out of his way to help me locate an item and load onto a flat bed cart. He was working another department and came to assist me . I was very grateful . Theresa was very helpful at the checkout helping me to look up and use my home depot card for this purchase since I had left it at home.. She also gave me good warranty info to register my product.

Today March 14, 2021 was a good productive visit to home depot #6329 Sunrise Sawgrass store. There were plenty of helpful clerks roaming around the store and it was easy to get someone's attention for help. In the lighting department the clerk was knowledgeable about the outdoor flood lights I needed since there are so many new types available. And in the electrical department the clerk was very helpful in finding the wall switches and plates I needed. There have been too many other times I've been to home depot and there is no one on the floor to help assist in finding a product other than going to customer service. Today was a good day.

Andrea clasier was very helpful . Happy to be in store today. Thumbs up!!!!

I went to the Customer Service Desk, to ask about the items I needed, since I had trouble finding them. Keyana was at the desk. She was a great help from start to check out on all the items.
