This store is always well stocked and service is impeccable.

Since my home renovations began in June 2020, I've become a regular at Home Depot, lol. I'm learning so much about home improvement & Home Depot is making this so doable & fun for me. I'm enjoying every moment :)

Yes of course. I have always be greeted with friendly and knowledgeable employees. At one time; I used to know all their names and would ask for them in relationship to the department they worked in. People like Stu, Ricky, Edward, Barbara, Elizabeth, Island, Donna; etc. These people keep your store running smoothly that why I keep going back. I've gone to other H/Ds in search of out of stock items but NEVER felt welcomed in those stores compared to my neighborhood H/D.

Sadly Victoria has ruined any and all shopping relations I will ever have at this location again. She was rude and over stepped herself when speaking to us. While we walked passed her and said excuse me while she was sitting at her desk in the Refrigerator section. We kept walking didn’t stop. Just kept moving. She rudely said it’s law you have to stay 6 feet away from me. However she’s right in front of where we had to go there was no other way around her. Her chair was in the aisle not like we walked behind a desk. Well she got nasty saying you shouldn’t have walked behind me it’s law you stay 6 feet away from me at all time. I immediately said well how are we supposed to look at the refrigerators if you’re in the way. I asked for her name while at this point we are 8 feet away from her and she said Victoria you want my manger he’s right here and started yelling for “Paul Paul come here I need you these people Have an issue with the 6 feet rule, you removed my tape that blocked me and now everyone is walking next to me” so now she’s completely flipped it as if we were asking for Paul, and she lied and tried to say that we had a problem with the social distancing Paul came and was immediately apologetic for her actions as if this has happened multiple times in the day. However because of this not only did you lose what would’ve been a $3500 refrigerator sale. You also lost a business owner and long time shopper. I know it might not be much to such a large franchise however I can not and will not give this business anymore of my money. She has no reason to speak to me that way especially since I wasn’t stopped to talk to her. Her chair was in the Walking aisle For customers. She made a big deal and started yelling that I must stay 6 feet away from her but she never moved out of our way even when I said excuse me. With so many people looking for jobs she should be happy to have one yet she treats me a customer that didn’t even initiate any type of communication with her just start yelling at me to stay away. She shouldn’t be on the floor working with customers then if it’s such a big problem. She should be in the back. I have never in my whole life been so disrespected. And all Paul had to say was I know guys I’m truly sorry. We walked out of there so angry. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning to complain as well.

Home Depot is doing everything that it can to safeguard their customers and employees during this horrible pandemic. I felt safe shopping there. Karen S. our cashier was fabulous. Thank you Home Depot for being there when we needed your products.

Everyone was greeting and nice especially an associate at the service desk named Angie. She was very helpful and nice and provided the best customer service

The Home Depot at Sunrise store was very clean, and easy to find all products that I needed. All the associates were very friendly and very helpful.

The space to walk around, the cleaning and neat in compare with other is excellent.

The Sawgrass Home Depot is a good store in certain areas. In the paint department which I visit frequently, ask for employee "Janet" who knows more about painting than painting companies. She is always pleasant and professional. She really knows her stuff and will take what ever time is needed to help you with and issues in her area. A wonderful lady and most of all employee.

The store is clean the customer service wonderful I always recommend people to this store because you find things easily and a sales rap always there to help, a lot of them very nice.

Sawgrass location has been the best for all my needs!!

The drive and pick up is great! They are fast, friendly and efficient! The area is well marked and convenient. They pack your car so well and I have filled the backpack of my large SUV!

Great store even with what’s going on right now. Cindy at the checkout was very patient and made sure every customer including us and everyone in line was happy and satisfied with their purchase! She helped us with pricing and asked if we would like to add on the protection plans for the fans we bought for the house! Cindy is an example of great customer service and a lovely person!

Janet in the Paint Department is always a huge help. Friendly and knowledgeable. The store has improved since they have a new General Manager. Employees will actually offer to help.

Barbara has excellent customer service skills.

Hire more people like Juliet and your store will STRIVE!!!!

It’s the first time I am shopping at this branch I was very impress with the customer service I got. The employee in the appliances dept was very helpful I needed a deep freezer although they did not have any in stock he went all out to get the manager involved to see the best way he could assist me I am very grateful for the help right tru out the store the employees were very courteous n keep asking me if there any thing I need help with I also went to the plants dept customer service was very excellent the cashier was courteous n the other employee help me out to find the plants that I needed a big thanks you to Brian n the other employee in the appliances dept u guys are simply the best keep up the good work

Dev was such a pleasure to have assisted me during my visit today in the garden center. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything regarding my purchase before leaving the store. He was very patient and helpful for lifting the heavier items within my purchase today. Great customer service.

Janet...In the Paint Department, is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Never at a loss for words to help solve any painting issues. She was gone for a while to help her husband who had health problems. The new manager opted to keep her job while she was out and welcomed her back when she was able to return. That was a tremendous decision, as she is one of the most valuable employees in this store!!
