Good store nice employees

THE GARDEN CENTER AT THE SAUGUS HOME DEPOT IS THE VERY BEST AROUND .It is organized and the people are very helpful. I had the occasion to meet the store manager Nathaniel and he certainly leads him team by example with outstanding customer service! Thank You

I just want to send a shout out to Nick DAngelo in Hardware as he helped not only me but several others in the store on his day off as I couldnt find anyone available to help me. Nick took the time to show me the products and where other products were. He did the same with some other customers as well. I hope The Home Depot appreciates this as Nick is a valuable employee and gives 100% in everything he does. He has a GREAT attitude and passion for what he does and he tells me that this is only a part time job for him. I wish all your employees were like Nick as he is such a great guy to geal with I will be back and see Nick. Thank you

While shopping in the flooring department in the vinyl aisle there was 2 associates sitting at desk with their masks under their chins, even after they saw us they choose not to adjust them. After 5 minutes of looking at samples and they not asking if we needed assistance 2 more associates came over to desk. One associate asked if we needed a carriage after we were lifting the product we picked out. Not one associate that walked by us the hour we were there said anything to us.

Always someone available to answers your questions or direct you to your destination. Very friendly and courteous employees who give you more than enough of their time to help you.

Order online and go to pick up from store. Get humiliated and punished to learn that Manager of Home Depot discourage customers ordering online and likes to pick up in store. Manager cancel the items when you go pick up your items there.

I love coming to this home depot over all homedepots the associates are always so friendly and helpful i honestly feel as if I'm part of the flooring family with the way they allways joke and laugh with me

This store is always decorated tastefully. The associates at the service are always friendly and willing to help. Cathleen has been working there for years. Product availability for certain items is hit or miss but that is what is going on in the world now. The store is easy to shop and clean, organized. I have shopped other Home Depot's but this one is my favorite.

Purchased an item for a good price, transported at home to second floor only to Discovered the item was damaged lug it to down flights of stairs Then transport it back to the store only to find out the item was no longer in stock and unavailable, but I’d like to been given something comparable or even offered for the inconvenience of transport and moving, staff was OK

The parking lot is always clean and has plenty of carts. The lot guys do a great job. The main store has nice displaces that are often changed. It shows the managers care. I always recommend the Saugus store to my customers. I even provide names for them.

there are many location we can go to but this store had 3 different people go out of there way make me happy. The best store by far

I have been to this store on numerous occasions and today's visit was not good. The store is disorganized with too many people in the store at a time. The staff at the paint counter seemed bothered to assist my wife and I and customers were confused on where they should be standing to wait in line. I often visit the Salem store and do not have these same complaints. This store needs to get organized and train their employees on better customer service. I am disappointed.

Saugus store...I'm calling you out....terrible treatment of me this past Thursday between 3:10 and 3:20pm EST. Tried to get a chainsaw via online, and apparently I came too soon. Both of the crew handling the online order NEVER OFFERED to try and locate my chainsaw...I has to go and get it myself...the MOD needs a lot of coaching and counseling. NOT happy with the CS that your store exerted that day/time. I want a call and meet with the Regional Director and let him/her know that this may have been a racially motivated experience, but your crew is unware of how they respond and handle minorities. In a sense I don't hold them strategically responsible, although there tactical actions were inexcusable...I hold HD Senior Leadership Responsible. I'm in management, and would not allow this culture to exist on my Team. DO BETTER...feel free to call me or email me anytime.

Safety of both customers and employees is obviously a priority at this location.

Pro Desk seems to have a good understanding of the Trades. Makes things a lot easier for Contractor.

very friendly staff who went overboard to help me with a return item that I had purchased several months ago. They did not give me a hard time or argue about whether too much time had passed and therefore was not eligible to be returned. They were friendly and made a point of explaining how it was easier and better customer service to process the return. With all the stress over this covid virus-it was great to be able to get in and out of the store quickly and to accomplish what I needed without any added stress.

We needed a new washing machine The employee who assisted us was awesome! We do not recall his name except on the receipt it said JLC2600.. Sorry about that but he was so helpful that this is the reason we are submitting this review

This particular Home Depot is always well stocked. If I need assistance I am always able to find a helpful associate. When I am there to browse, once I inform the associate of that fact, he or she remains close by (but not too close) in case I have any questions. This is my go to store for many things.

I received assistance when I asked for it and employee brought me right to the product I was looking for. Extremely helpful and friendly personnel. Clean store and lots of products to choose from

I shop at the Saugus Home Depot frequently and I'm always given great customer service and always find what I'm looking for. The employees are a big help and I always leave satisfied.
