I needed roofing flash cement and the employee who was stocking shelves helped me by scanning the shelf label to check inventory. He stopped doing what he was doing to assist when asked. I appreciate that! They did not have gallon size only 5 gallon or 1 tube.

Got some flooring and couldnt have done it without Junior Steve and Anna who went above and beyond

I wish Junior had been there to assist me from the start when I first dealt with the messed-up order. I made several calls and visits to the store to sort things out. Eventually, the situation escalated and caught the attention of the store manager, Junior, who really saved the day. He was patient, friendly, professional, and humble. I'm really glad that the Home Depot near my house has such an excellent manager. It reassures me that my shopping experience there will be great in the long term. I also need to mention Nick in this review. He's an excellent customer service representative who knows the system thoroughly.

I visited the Saugus ma store and had a fantastic experience w manger Junior . My request was a bit complicated and he took the time to listen and truly understand my “ask”. He didn’t rush me and also informed me and help me enroll into the Home Depot rewards program. Thx Junior!!

The store manager Robert and associate Alex quickly resolved an issue regarding a return on plumbing supplies, we appreciated their assistance

I always head to Home Depot to purchase just about everything I need for my home. Home Depot has just about everything you would ever need, and the people are knowledgable and friendly. I had something today to pick up and the stock was HIGH On a shelf. I requested assistance and Ken came to the plumbing aisle with a 'lift' and got what I needed .. Other times, i've had questions and employees have made suggestions, offered educational ideas and showed alternative products, expanding the ''horizons'' so to speak. I've always enjoyed shopping at HD, it's always a good experience!

Jennifer was very nice and professional. She alled me over as her line was empty and I was waiting.

The staff was helpful at every turn; they directed me to the exact spot within the correct aisle; they joked around among themselves and incorporated me when I showed interest; the positive service continued into the parking lot, and they assisted loading multiple bags of cold patch asphalt into my car! Sorry, no photos.

From the moment I entered the store, she was super receptive and attentive, giving me the information I needed for my purchase and then helping me check out. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I had at this home depot with JULIANA who made my visit to the store much more pleasant and I believe that the store should hire more wonderful people like her!!!

Tony from lawn and garden is amazing. He has helped make my yard look stunning over the past year. I usually will call to see when Tony is working and center when I visit around Tony’s schedule. I purchased cedar boxes for my vegetables and the dirt and rain from this year turned the cedar a gray. Tony helped me find the right hose and spray solution and it cleaned it beautifully. He saved me lots of time. Tony is extremely knowledgeable very kind. Thank you again, Tony!!!

Sad this store has really gone downhill. Some great employees cashiers are great seems like a management issue. Ask people for help very few people on the floor will go out of their way to help

i have been a satisfied customer since 1978 ,i have built a very productive and thriving business with the tools and materials from depot, the workers here are very helpful, everyone knows a hundred people, when you tell a hundred people you like this store, they tell a hundred people, it works both ways, I'm very happy with home depot..
