We have already reccommended this store to many others. They will go out of their way to earn your business. The lumber that was purchased thru you was better than any other local lumber yard. Everything was straight and true. I couldn't ask for anything better

I love this Home Depot and it is completely because of the staff. I look in the isles for the amazing folks with the knowledge to help me find the right tool, product or give free advice on my specific project. I just bought a house so I joke with the staff that I live at Home Depot, not really my new house, and they always say “welcome back, what can we help you fix now with a smile (happy to see me and to help me in the next project). Thank you to the staff who has helped me in my first few overwhelming and exciting weeks as a new homeowner. Your all the best truly! Thanks especially to Carol who I love talking to and learning from and to the whole staff! Brian, Maddy also to name a few!

The employees were very helpful and the store was very organized with product very easy to Locate.

I had fantastic help on installing window blinds. I was talked through the entire project. Thanks for taking the time to help customers that may not have experience!! I even used my husband's drill! lol.

15 cash registers, none open. Self-service only where you will wait just as long in line if they had live cashiers.

The associates at The Home Depot are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always there to help. Isles are clearly labeled and prices are clearly marked. I went in looking for a specific item and could not find it. An associate approached me and when I told him what it was I was looking for he immediately located it and then went ahead and not only loaded it into my cart but also my vehicle. Great overall shopping experience.

The staff generally store wide is helpful and very attentive. For the most part the Customer service staff is the same with the exception of one female on the afternoon of June 17th at about 3:30 pm in the customer service area who was rude in her response in explaining why the military discount was not applied. She insisted it was a sale item when it was not on sale and then turned her back on me and walked away. I was shocked by her treatment. Everyone else up to this point had always been polite and listened.

Found everything that we were looking for. Brooke in Customer Service was extremely helpful with coordinating my in-store purchases with items that were ordered for delivery, making it easy for me. I really appreciate that.

Our salesman Andy was great. Knowledgeable and thorough.

The products are easy to find and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

They do not have a tool rental area and their 2 gallon paint mixer is broken.

This is one of the greatest stores in Saratoga Springs. All associates are friendly and are always willing and available to help. I enjoy visiting this store, even if I do not necessarily need something (just window shopping). I can highly recommend the Saratoga Springs Home Depot!

Great experience had the greatest helper named Heather. She helped me order want I wanted on line. Quickly processed the order.

Home Depot has always had whatever I was looking for and the employees go out of there way to be helpful, friendly and polite. Especially Lawrence. I don't know him personally but he's a great employee there. He's helped me more than once. I shop here alot for home projects and work related contracting. Great store.

We always find what we were looking for, and usually for less than expected. Very helpful but not pushy employees, we will always choose Home Depot over the competition.

Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. They approached me to help me. If they couldnt find it, they would continue by asking co-workers if the items were moved and was able to locate the item.
