Everything we need is at this store. It is easy to find and the people that work there are so helpful and friendly and it makes the experience of shopping effortless. I am very pleased with this store on all levels.

Thankful for homedepot and items on stock. My only advice would be to be SURE to check your items before bringing them home. Often times, i have encountered broken or missing items in the boxes. This is especially frustrating to then have to stop in the middle of a project, to return the item, hope another item is in stock, and then go back home to finish the project.

Today I walked into The Home Depot hoping to find some bamboo flooring. I found the flooring at a great price and was treated like a VIP through the process. I expected a long, drawn-out search. Instead, I left with a smile and felt like I had a collaborative remodeling partner.

Some items are not in store, but are online from the Home Depot web page, customer service desk is excellent at finding these items, price quotes, and shipping preferences, delivery daye.

I was that guy, showed up 10 minutes before store close. Jacob and Joe didn't mind and helped me find the part I needed. Thank you guys for helping me out!

To be 100% honest I dont think I've ever had a bad experience in my home town Saratoga Springs Home Depot. The Saratoga store has to be hands down the most cleanliness well put together store with the most friendliest employees to the point they feel like family. Being a Painter and owning my own business I've been in thousands of hardware stores and even use to do store resets for home depot and never have I ever felt more part of the family. This store simply does and has it all. Thanks guys for all your hard work. Steven

The staff of this store is beyond amazing! During recent visits I was greeted by smiling faces, surrounded by helpful staff, and treated like a professional even though I was just there for a few things for my home. Just a great experience all around!

Had to find a water filter and air filter for my refrigerator. I was greeted by a staff member named Sarah who walked me to the product location. We found one item and she ordered the other item to be delivered to my home. Super nice experience. So professional. It's nice to experience great customer service. Throughout holidays, I was in for lighting supplies, purchased a few items that I decided to return. No hassle. Great experience at customer service desk, too. Kudos Home Depot on staff.

Steve and Bart in the lumber department went above and beyond with helping me gather materials, they cut my plywood for me, loaded my cart and helped me load my truck after I purchased.

Alvis is the best cashier I've ever met in my life, he's outgoing, fast and very nice. Always going to look forward to going back to see my favorite cashier

Who really wants to spend money on plumbing supplies - particularly when you arrive at your summer residence to find that you didn't winterize properly. We were in and out of this Home Depot several (6 or 7) times in the last couple of days and each time we were impressed by the positive attitude of every employee in the store. We were also pleased to find the aisles were clear - not cluttered with extra displays - so it was easy to get through the store and find what we needed. I don't recall ever feeling this good about shopping at a Home Depot.

Everyone from the door to the register was very friendly and asked me if I needed help with anything. I did with paint and the person that was working was so good and knew what he was talking about when it came to what paints and materials needed for the job. Great store.
