HD has everything in stock and great atmosphere. People are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. If you have a question to fix a home issue it’s always better to ask the older folks who work there.

if anyone wants great gardening advise a happy up beat person GO to Santee home depot. It may take a little time YET!!!!due to so many people want her that Edyth is worth her weight in gold for advice and learning she is always happy and wants to help.

You hire employees that know their department well. Chris was extremely helpful in plumbing. He asked what else I had on the list in my hand and proceeded to assist me in other departments. He knows the store layout well. Thanks for hiring people that love their job.

I was worried about this return because I didn’t have a Recipt. Lisa quickly put me at ease and was able to look my receipt up using my Debit Card! I also opened a couple things and was worried about them. LISA again made me feel so much better when she took them back no questions asked. I got more money back than I was anticipating and went shopping again. Lisa was super helpful, personable and very quick. I will be back and recommend this location.

The store is always busy. I have been a loyal Home Depot - Santee customer for many years. For me the difference is being greeted by and associate, as well as knowledgeable product location and assistance. Well Done!!

This store employes the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I will never shop at home depot again.

The app is useful to find items and the shelves are well stocked. The cahiers are friendly and helpful, especially Silvana very kind.always sweet to my children when they come in with me.

Theres one specific employee who is super rude to everyone we've seen her interact with when we go into the store. Shes also been rude to my wife and me. I asked her on my previous trip where something was located and when she just pointed in a direction instead of telling me with words, I accidentally walked past it. Her words before she hurried past me, frustrated, to show me I didnt go far enough were, "Jesus Christ.... it's right there.". First of all, that's offensive, second of all, she obviously hates her job and working with people. She may be better off as an elephant butt washer at the zoo.

Just bought a dryer will have delivered and installed 4-7-20. Have bought refrigerators, sinks, countertops, plumbing , electrical, tables, pool supplies, tools, blinds, and will no doubt bye when I re do the master bath.

Went to return. The sales associate (Widad) in returns completely ignored me because she was too involved in her personal conversation to help. I stood there waiting while she carried on a conversation with a petite blonde who works in the paint department. She kept going on and on talking and not helping me. She finally stopped talking and started helping me. Half way through she stopped to continue her story with the blonde lady. Widad lacks customer service. HD does not pay her to talk to employees but to service the customers.

Excellent customer service at this store.
