Great Special-ordering experience!

I was over charged for a plant the price on the receipt didn't match the price on the plant, real simple transaction. I was treated so poorly by Christina at the service counter I really was taken a back by her unkindness and behavior. She clearly was aggressive, spoke over me more than once. Dismissed my questions then rushed me out while I was talking. Rude for no reason. I spend way to much in this store to be treated so poorly by her. Also my husband has an account at the pro desk and I come here a lot for all my random projects. I would keep a close eye on that one. I wouldn't be surprised if other people are turned off by her as well.

Home Depot is our go-to store for home repairs. This store is always neat and clean and offer good service.

Good pricing and well laid out to locate items. Cashier, Silvana is always heplful.

I have been a customer for a few weeks and been back and forth in this store. there is always new things in display and website and store is accurate on inventory and location.

I will always go to this store because of the merchandise and the customer service that I get every time I'm in the store and the knowledge of the employees.

The Garden Center here is great! They have knowledgeable employees who are happy to spend time helping you with any small or large projects.

People and products make or break a good store. This one excellent on both sides .

After changing out a toilet, putting up tarps for shade, and repairing a fence, I had items not needed, so I entered the Santee store , was pleasantly greeted by Olivia, she scanned my 5 receipts, then scanned the return items and told the items would credit to my various credit cards, then she directed me where to find the items I needed for my next project, easy Peasy return process, satisfying and quick process

When I first went into the store, I could find no one to help me. The first two I asked were too busy talking to each other. The second person I want to ask was too busy on his phone. The third person turned me and said what and I rather rude way. Then I ran into Josh and Shawn and my experience got a whole lot better. I was doing a plumbing project in my backyard. Josh stayed with me for a long time and worked through the whole project idea with me so I went home feeling very confident that I could do it. Shawn walked around the store with me and helped me find what I needed and made me feel very appreciated and listen too. These two employees made my experience wonderful. If I would have left as I was starting to do after the first three encounters, I would have never come back to HD. Thank you Shawn and Josh for your help and kindness!!!

I placed an order in bath/kitchen dept then went to the garden center and made another purchase. The staff in both departments were beyond helpful. I needed help with loading nursery items to my car and the 2 gentlemen were helpful and courteous. Sales staff is friendly and very helpful! Thank you!!!

I'M PLANTING TWO LARGE AVOCADO TREES AND NEEDED SOIL TO ADD TO PLANTING HOLE. LADY IN GARDEN AREA HAD EXPERTISE ON SUBJECT AND RECOMMENDED CORRECT SOIL TO BUY. VERY HELPFUL

I have been shopping at this home depot for over 20 years 20 years the employees are awesome the stores always clean everybody is very helpful and polite these guys really go out of your way for you

22 inch brushless hedge trimmer excellent, cuts Beter than expected

This home depot has great knowledgeable staff and they really do go out of the way most of the time. Most of the staff is friendly and proficient. The lot staff and customer service are AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. The store clerks that are in each department it is HIT AND MISS. This by far is my FAVORITE PLACE TO GO!

I had a repeat visit to Home Depot in Santee because of the great experience on my last trip, though another.HD store is closer. On 2 occasions Tyler helped load heavy boxes of tile into my car. It was always with a friendly smile and professional manner. He is always willing to help and makes me feel like a valued customer.

I was told that in the near future I will need a smartphone to get my military discount. I have a flip phone and don't want to change ( cost factors). Please don't do this

Quite helpful in advising me on the proper selection of a hot water heater.

Jane in the appliance section was great. She greeted me as I entered her section. Jane provided excellent customer service , patience and helped me choose the refrigerator.

I needed to replace the water regulator in my house. I went there not really knowing what I needed or what part I should buy. All I had was the pictures of the old one on my phone. The employees were helpful and picked the correct part and gave me tips on how to replace it. Everything worked out wonderfully.

I never heard of store to store price match! I know other chains will have a different price on the web site and will not price match their own web site... The prices were drastically different! The store didn't just price match the Poway store and the store manager approved the 10% military discount! This is why I tend to shop at this big chain as well as the small businesses!

Full registers, mostly no lines. Great suggestions, always helpful.
