I love this store!! The employees are nice an always helpful, never had a problem they couldn’t help solve.. The pro desk is the best FORSURE. Thank you TR an Veenay! They always help me get orders an delivery’s on time. The whole pro desk team is awesome! Thank you to the best Home Depot in San Diego! Definitely recommend this store!!

The gentleman in gardening was so helpful with a problem I came specifically to seek help with today. His name is Tom. Not only was he helpful, but he was cheerful, solicitous, and went beyond the usual to work out my situation. One of the things I like about Home Depot is the very knowledgeable personnel they have and when one of the associates doesn't have an answer, they get someone who does.

The worker that assisted me was very helpful and courteous. His name is Bill. He provided great customer service and represented Home Depot very well. He would serve the company well as a manager! In addition, the cashier Sarah was very friendly and kind.

Karen Morgan was so helpful by getting me to the areas where the products I was looking for were. She went above and beyond what she needed to do!

Love the pro staff. They treat me and my team like VIPs every time we come in. Toni Rose (aka) TR , has done a awesome job with her pro staff team, while in line I hear other coustomers how happy they are with the service they are receiving. Hats off to Santee pro desk staff.

If you have Gardening Questions and want a knowledgeable person to help ask for Edyth at Santee Home Depot. I had multiple gardening problems she was able to explain solutions and recommended products along with explaining the chemistry and application of the products. This was very much appreciated and resulted in me being able to solve what otherwise would have been plant failures. Thanks for a job well done!

I love this store. I honestly go there because of TR an her team at the pro desk! , but the store is always clean an stocked. Even the parking lot is cleaner than any other Home Depot! Best store! Definitely recommend this Home Depot. Thanks

I am not sure if their employees don’t get pay enough, asking for help is like bothering them. I am very disappointed in their service! Lowe really has better service, only reason I go here is cause Lowe didn’t have what I needed..

I enjoy shopping at the Santee Home Depot as the parking is convenient and close to the entrances. The employees are friendly and helpful especially Silvana, one of their best cashiers.
