Went to purchase some floors for our home we are remodeling and came across a very rude lady in the flooring department by the name of Valerie. She was not helpful at ALL and told us to go away because she was busy.

This store is my "Go-To" for all of my projects. Friendly people and expedient service plus they typically carry the things I need.

I spent last year (2018) alone not less than $40,000.00 in materials. But i am not going to this store any longer, other store location such as in Rohnert Park, even it is farther, treat me much better and not discriminate like this one. I saw other customer was treated unfair and discriminated as well one time when i was at that store.

Employees are always friendly and do try to guide you in the right direction. I can find most everything I need for my projects and jobs. #1379 is the cleanest and best lit location in the county.

The associate at the Pro Dept. was great! He was knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the right products. The store was clean and the people friendly and helpful.

This is by far the friendliest Home Depot that I have ever shopped at. And to be honest, the place where I have received the best customer service anywhere in a long, long time.

Horrible store, dirty no help, employees telling customers the hardware department loss $500,000 to their and management is doing NOTHING about it. When I come to shop I don’t want to hear that information

The customer service in this store has really improved! There are so many items that it’s often hard to find what we want. But now we find there are people to ask, that have answers, and want to be helpful!

The store is great, the people are helpful, especially the sales personal. The only thing I would like to comment on is the computer systems there. They are very very slow and take way to much time to order things. I have shopped at the appliances dept over 3 times in the last 18 months, and the computers and network systems are very bad. We were there an extra 30 - 40 minutes longer then we should have been. We even saw another lady wait for her turn, BUT she had to leave for another appointment. The computer system in my opinion is costing Home Depot valuable sales losses. I am glad we got Joe to save the day. He was able to find another terminal that was working a bit faster. He also somehow solved another computer problem when we where trying to see our refrigerator in other colors. He manage to do just that. Thank you Joe from appliance dept, your the Bomb!!!

Great experience and great employees who helped me get the perfect new range for home home. I highly recommend shopping at this store.

It took 2 hours for 5 different employees to find a pallet of garden wall bricks I put on hold. It was not easy for the employees to locate a pallet of large bricks. I got assistance, but it wasn't helpful. Although 4 of the 5 employees were friendly, it didn't make up for my spouse, and 6 year old trekking the length of the width of the store back and forth 3 times. I'm so glad I was able to leave our youngest baby with my parents. The baby would not have lasted 2 hours back and forth and 1 hour of that time being in the scorching sun in the garden area where the fertilizer was.

Almost always a hassle going in this store. Wasted time. So frustrating. Under staffed and empty shelves.
