Employees were very helpful with finding the items I needed.

The store was clean .plus going down the isles where clean .and when they are restocking shelves. They close down the isles with caution tape to protect the customers.

Associates were friendly and helpful and the store was clean but one must be careful selecting items because the merchandise is often in the wrong bin or box.

The Lack of Customer Service in the Home Depots. Never seems like you can find assistance when needed.

The store is convenient and the staff is very helpful but the outside around the cart area should be cleaned. The shopping carts should be cleaned out of customers trash that is left behind. The shopping carts wheels should be functioning and working well.

Good store to shop at ..

When ever my husband needs to go get things for his garden projects, we go to the home depot store off of 1055 W 21st Street, San Bernardino. The associates at that store are very courteous and respectful. They always take their time to explain to my husband how to use what ever gadget he needs. And when he messes up and buys the wrong thing they take back and exchange it for what he needs and show him how to use it. The veggie plants we buy each year for the summer always gives us great produce. Shout out to LC, he sold us our new refrigerator and made sure we bought exactly what we needed. Thanks LC.

You will have a rewarding shopping experience at this store for sure! The products I needed got found. Workers were enough to get help. The store looked clean and orderly , and the associates were kind and ready to help!

Home Depot is clean, products are readily available and the employees are friendly, and knowledgeable.

A goto store when I've needed to get things done for over 20 years. They stock the products. With courteous and effective assistance when you need it. And as clean as lumber/warehouse/stores get. Location became a bit sketchy 15 years back, but it's getting better these days with different traffic flow due to new freeway on/off ramps in the area.

Been to this Home Depot a number of time this month. Nothing changes and shelves are all messed up. Lumber section is not clearly marked with prices or you find fresh stock on another aisle.

2nd time I have requested of the store manager to have lumber prices clearly marked and yet they are not. The lack of customer service at most Home Depot's is lacking. When Retail gets that what they can offer over the internet is better customer service, then customers will begin to come back into the stores instead of purchasing on line.

Store employees don't know their departments and give you bad information. Merchandise is in disarray - good luck finding what you are looking for. Not to mention that isles get closed while you are trying to shop. It took me 2 hours in this store to get supplies for a relatively simple job. I can't say enough bad things about this location. If only they had not put our local lumberyard out of business... If an alternative showed up in the area, I would flee Home Depot in an instant.

What could I say, This store has done me and my family a great amount of help. AS of now I will be spending my time at this store as much as possible. Just to also mention Home Depot has in the past Helped all veterans of all branches almost monthly in my area. THANK HOME DEPOT

The employees always know where everything is, and are happy to pause and answer any question -- at length, sometimes, if the question calls for some detail, or if, like me, you're a bit slow.

I have no problems with the San Bernardino Store. The Redlands store is my problem
