The check put personal are kind and helpful and resourceful. Seem happy to be there and positive. The lady in doors section that I asked for help knew where everything I needed was even though she was not assigned to that department. I was truely impressed with the help and service from the employees. And good prices too. I wish they carried AQUA KEM drop ins for MOTORHOME BATHROOMS I would have bought that too

not happy with the customer service I received at different times. Could not find 40 items in stock at the store, 1/2" copper tubing 24" OAL. So I had to but a 12ft piece. I needed it to be cut in 1/2 in order to get it in my car. I could not believe that a hardware store the size of Home Depot did not have the means to cut a piece of copper pipe in half. And when I asked it did seam to me and my friend that I was upsetting the employee in plumbing because I even asked such a question. So I took a perfectly good piece of pipe and had to bend it in half to get it in my car. Not what I expected from this store. So from now on it will be a different store.

Employees were helpful in getting me tools I needed for my husband.

This store is HUGE! Multiple entrances make it easy to navigate. Plenty of parking, too.

Although there were some employees that were help. Too many were not. Customer service it what drives a successful company. This store lacks it. The manager, Ghassan treated me and my family with disrespect, disregard, and poor customer service. I’m disappointed that such an individual would have been hired by the company, let alone provided a leadership role. Ghassan was accusatory, discriminative, and blatantly disrespectful, so was the employee who proceeded his contact with myself and family.

Always get great service and this store honors the 10% Military discount on all items!
