We had no idea how to order carpeting and measurements. The associate walked us thru everything and she was fun and easy to work with.

Every time we go to home depot, we leave feeling valued as a customer. We can talk to any employee, they are all helpful, personable, outgoing and the store is... Well amazing, we have to control ourselves to not max credit cards out every time

This store is always clean and well stocked. Parking is ample too. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable

I prefer the majority of products from Home Depot over the others, but what keeps me loyal is their customer service.

Recently I bought some kitchen cabinets. They look fantastic and really have added so much to my home.

Employee went out oof his way to help us find the product we needed. Answered all our questions. Clerk at checkout very friendly. Had a smile on her face the whole time. Ian saw us struggling with our items and rushed over to help us load it into our car. Another customer came up and needed help. With a smile on his face he said I'd be happy to help you.

in order to repair and sharpen my lopper, I needed a blade sharpener and nut and bolt The associate STEVE helped me locate the needed items.

Helen, a cashier, and the two Kenny’s from appliances were my hero’s. They all showed exceptional customer service by going out of their way to help me find everything I need. I was so so thankful for their time and friendliness. My experience was a 10/10!!

Garden center plants are hugely expensive compared to nurseries. Shelf stock on top shelves scare me if there was an earthquake . . . it would fall and kill people. Saving grace is they probably have what your are looking for. However, they need a nearby warehouse to store excess stock, not on towering racks.

They serviced a tool I purchased from HOME DEPOT, honoring their policy/Guarantee to do so

The employees are amazing! They bring a smile to my face every morning which make my day. I would recommend this store and location to friends and family.

I know during increased covid out breaks in Salem staff if limited and having to work extra hard. So having three different employees help me out on one trip was more then expected!

The rules say to avoid writing about CS, but I had such great CS on this trip that it is worth writing about. Very polite and treated me as a fellow human and not an annoyance to their day. That quality makes me much more likely to go there again and spend my money again. HD is pretty much at the whims of manufactures for quality of products, but not for the quality of the people working there. Kudos.

Florence, my cashier, made my day. She had a fantastic sense of humor, even at the end of the day. She joked around with me regarding the fact I didn’t write down the size of the nuts and bolts I was buying. I felt like a valued customer, not a bother.

Went in to buy a tool for my dad using a promotion. The cashier assured me that he had applied the promotion automatically. This wasnt the case. Now I have to make a trip backninto town to talk to customer service to fix this and get my money back.

Great store with location, staff, and customer service

My wife came with me to my favorite toy store, Home Depot, today. The Salem location just off the 22. We went in looking for a few items, including a small hand pump to drain the kids pool. I had planned on getting a hand pump to save a few dollars. The gentleman working in plumbing suggested a slightly more expensive pump when I explained exactly what I wanted to do. Comparing the price, the work involved and the specs on the powered pump, we went with the upgraded model. Tried it out at home and was THRILLED with our purchase. We also received quick and friendly advice looking for hooks to hang outdoor lights and a sunshade. We were thrilled to find everything we needed and, more importantly, lots of friendly and knowledgeable employees who were just fantastic. Salem Home Depot really impressed us today. We've already put several items to use and our yard is better for it.

If you're buying appliances in this store, I HIGHLY recommend you search out Christy. From her attitude with me, a tired, frustrated home owner dealing with a catastrophic weather event that severely damaged my home, I'm sure she'll brighten your day and make your efforts successful.

Went in for a washer/dryer set. Christy greeted me in the appliance area. Informed her of what I wanted, she asked me about all the extras. Applied for a store credit card and approved but not for the entire sale amount but it worked out in the end. Christy went over what to expect for delivery day and went over warranty information.

The kitchen design service/flooring service is excellent!

I was helped to locate everything I had planned to buy with help from very kind, courteous, very attentive to our needs employees. I always shop at Home Depot because the prices are very reasonable. The quality of their products are very good.

We find the sales representatives very helpful at this location. Also Garden department extensive and inspiring!!!

Everyone I met there today seems to be enjoying the work they are doing. Lisa at checkout was super nice and helpful.
