Seamless design, purchase and scheduling for installation of my Tuff Shed with 3 different associates. Installation is scheduled for 8 days out and looking forward to another professional and pleasant customer service experience with the build crew! Thanks guys!

Felt like family
Store associate went above and beyond to help me complete a small project that greatly influenced my professional work. Because of him I was able to get back to what I do - faster - and nobody had to reschedule. They made me feel like I was family while I was there. Even another customer stopped to help me!

Best Service!!
Appliance and Flooring Specialist Carson went above and beyond helping me in the Appliance area. He was courteous, respectful and eager to meet my needs. He made what could have been an intimidating experience one that was totally opposite, very pleasant so much so, I want to go to him on all my appliance needs!!!. He really is "Golden!"

Great prices!
I have shopped at Home Depot for many many years. Usually the shelves are full, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, this time, after the sale, there was no Vigaro mulch on the shelves. so I did shop elsewhere, and got mulch.(3-2 cuft bags for $10).

HD App
If you need to use the HD app at this store, you will need to figure it out BEFORE you get to this store. No one there knows anything about the HD app. They never see it, have not been trained in its use, and will not be able to figure out how to use it. If you have Pro discounts or member benefits, find them on the app before you get there to be able to actually use them. One HD employee told me people over 45 have difficulty with the new technology.

Really Great Customer Service - Patient with elderly
My elderly mother and I had such a great experience at this Home Depot. Normally this kind of store would be overwhelming for us, but the staff was so patient and helpful, we easily found.everything we needed (and more). We will definitely return.

Ordering blinds
Prestige Installations, an outside vendor, is used to measure and install shades. Unfortunately, there have been multiple screw-ups. The first time they came out, our new house was late in the construction phase; the vendor came, and went, and never talked to my husband, leaving him sitting outside in his car. We were later told framing on the windows needed to be done before measuring. (a contradiction of what we were told initially) The SECOND time they came out, the vendor again left my husband sitting outside in the heat, and never contacted him. (later we learned he only measured half the windows) We were told the measuring was done and we could now order our shades. I get in there, and Cheyenne, who walked up with an attitude, gives me a sheet of 10 windows. Considering we have 18, I asked her where was the second page? She said that was it. I handed her the design packet the original sales person had given me, with ALL the windows. Evidently, Prestige was not aware we have a north side to the house. I am told by the Home Depot department manager that Prestige won't even do the shades THEY HAVE measured because it would mean they'd have to come out again. So now after three store visits and phone tag, we still have no shades with 102-degree heat. Oh and as the kicker? They tried to charge me AGAIN for coming out to measure for the original windows they missed. We were promised a call from Home Depot this morning by 10 AM, when no call was received we drove to the store and were told the vendor can come out again in 16 days to finish measuring. Footnote: the Home Depot form that is sent to the vendor does not list the number of windows that need to be measured. The answer I received when I questioned that -- "we've always done it that way."

I know it's hot out but please pay more attention
Went out looking for a portable ac unit. Couldn't find any at this location so asked customer service if they had any left. Was told they had one left new so I bought it. Returned home to set up new unit. Upon taking out everything I noticed all parts were not in original packaging. Remote and batteries were in zip lock bags from hefty. Filter had dust and dirt on it. Obviously the unit had been used and Returned. I went ahead and tested unit for 40 minutes. Unit never got cold. Felt like warm fan air on cool. Had to drive back across town to Return merchandise the store employees knew was Returned.
