Of all the handful of Home Depot stores I have shopped at over 20 years, Saddlerock is consistently at the top in most all categories. The quality of people is the most important attribute in this equation.

The store was clean.

Tess the store manager goes above and beyond outstanding customer service and now has a customer for life! Great in stock world class customer service I will share my shopping experience with all.

I always have a great shopping experience when I shop at this Home Depot. It's always clean and the employees are always honest and very helpful.

I have visited and shopped at other Home Depot stores and other “big box” stores. and I consider this store to be head and shoulders above the others. It is primarily due to knowledgeable, helpful, professional and courteous employees as well as having adequate stock on hand. I would recommend this store, even if you have to dive a little further and bypass other similar stores.

Things have changed at Home Depot!!! The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. When asked where certain items were, we were pointed in the right direction every single time. The right aisle - down to the right bin!!!! It's a whole new game and its great to see. Good job staff it is a pleasure to do business with you.

This home depot location has some of the worst customer service you will ever see. If you can avoid this store, do so.

The store is usually well staffed. The employees are always eager to assist you in finding what you need, providing some education on what you are attempting to accomplish on your home project and on many occasions they have suggested a different product and/or different way of doing your project that makes it turn out better in the long run.

The customer service gentle man were very friendly and helpful.

The Associates are always willing to help customers with there project no matter how big or how small. It is awesome that their plumbing department has some employees that are plumbers (and not someone just trained in plumbing) some of the employees are even Master Plumbers; When I have major plumbing problems, I try to go during the days they are working in order to get help with those plumbing issues. The store takes great pride in being organized (so that product can be easily located), not cluttered like other stores, clean, and it is obvious that they care about their customers by doing events for their customers to show they care. E.g., the annual car show and other things of this nature. I also love their Home Depot APP. It is great to use during the rare times when there is not an employee free to help me out.

For the last 2-3 years the store has been a disgusting mess and in utter disarray. Shelves are sometimes bare for weeks without restocking items, items are in wrong places, I heard employees complain, I have difficulty finding employees when I need assistance. Two weeks ago my husband & I were in the store for over an hour, never received help in plumbing employee wasn’t around, went to look at lighting area and the can recessed lighting recepticals were all scattered in different areas, we couldn’t find the one we wanted, very frustrating everything was misplaced and not organized. Not to mention there was water all over one isle that was blocked off and had spilled onto the isle with the concrete, in the hour we were in the store no one was cleaning this mess. Overall the store is dirty in appearance, items are scattered, shelves are disorganized, difficult to find employees to help, and the manager should spend less time with makeup and more time organizing & managing the store.

There are incredible and very helpful employees at this store (Rocky, Vince, Susan, young man in Shelving Dept.) who are more than willing to help answer questions and who always go above and beyond what I expect. Employees at this store often take me to where I need to find something instead of just give me an aisle number. I love this store! I also thoroughly appreciate having a parking spot designated for military veterans. Thank you for that!

I had to return incorrect products originally purchased WITH a RECEIPT and they treated me like I stole the $9 worth of product and demanded an ID. Again, I HAD a RECEIPT!!! Very embarrassing and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Home Depot needs to rethink their return policy and not treat your GOOD customers like criminals.

David in plumbing was extremely helpful. I walked in with some broken parts from my sprinkler system and no clue what I was doing, I walked out with exactly what I needed and a good understanding of the next steps. David took the time to help me understand how to proceed and find the parts I needed. David's level of attention was what you would expect from an uncle/father and made me feel like he actually cared about me and the success of my project. It is obvious that David enjoys what he does and enjoys helping people.

Store is clean and easy to shop in but I do wish they were a full store and not limited in amounts and items that they have. I have to drive 7 miles to the closest full service store that carries all Home Depot items.

Poor customer service. Usual Home Depot experiences is not to search for assistance especially when you see employees and when you see one and ask for assistance they do not look up from their paper to acknowledge you and say okay in a minute. And then no help.

Paint department gave us defective paint full of paint buggers and refused to refund our money.

I don't have anything to add about our January 26, 2019 experience. As previously stated, it was great. Whenever we want to make a major purchase we shop around at stores in our area. We always seem to wind up purchasing from Home Depot. We have purchased carpet two times and were very happy with the whole transaction. Other purchases we have been happy with include lamps, storage, Christmas "stuff", etc.
