Every time I need help, the employees have helped me and are not only helpful but have often given me some useful information. I had a nice young lady help me with getting a return credit, even postponing her break to help me. And, most recently, a very nice gentleman, in the flooring area, got up from his desk to lead me to where the floor vent covers were. Then we had a very nice conversation prior to my checking out. I know I titled this about the employees but I also got exactly what I needed and I'm very pleased with the floor vent covers that I bought.

When I need a piece of hardware or a tool to do the job, this is the store I always go to. With a great selection and employees always around to help, it doesn’t get much better or easier.

Had a problem with a Milwaukee Tool from HD. And HD Team made it right. No questions. Superb customer service. Especially, Terilynn and Ben at Southlands store. Thank you!

I was looking for the Christmas STAR SHOWER having the snowman, Christmas tree, reindeer, and more. I'm a disabled Vet, This young lady helped me not only find the item which was in the front of the store anyway, but helped me look for Candy Cane Lamp stakes which happen to be way, way back in the store. Actually, it was aisle 58, outside of the store, and like 19-degrees too. Anyway, got what I needed and went to Customer Service to check out. Guess what? Home Depot Credit Card no workee! Great! Now what? We called Home Depot Customer Service to find out "We sent you a new card back in April." Not to worry. The Store was able to pull me up with proper credentials and . . . you guessed it - I was able to make the purchase and be on my Merry way. Thank You!

We had some concerns with an appliance order, and they were both fantastic with helping resolve our questions and concerns and get everything squared away. Immediately they took care of everything with a smile and true genuine, caring positivity.

Jenna the checkout clerk made my night. She was wonderful.

This Home Depot has an amazing staff. They are quick to ask you if you need help and are prepared to help you find exactly what you need. I drive past another store to shop at this Home Depot

I decided to make a quick trip to buy my twin sister a "Hawaiian Punch Hibiscus" for our birthday tomorrow. I was greeted by this cheerful young lady as I went into the store. She was eager to help me. Never in my experience with any store have I had such a positive encounter visiting a store and checking out. This young lady made a bad day turn into a great day. Home Depot has got the best selection of plants and the help was incredible.

I’ve always found what I needed at this store and if I can’t, there’s an associate there to help me out. Very knowledgeable staff ready to give you any assistance or advice on what you need and how to install it.

We bought a new dishwasher from a wonderful store employee Edward. Great customer service which is so hard to find now a days.

I was so happy that there were plenty of people in the appliance department to help me with my purchase. I did not want to spend a lot as it was not for our actual home. Everyone was so friendly and the process went quickly. Normally, we are waiting around for someone to finish with a customer, but I did not have this experience. Connie did a great job!

Due to the storms in Centennial we needed to purchase a sub pump. When we arrived we did not realize all the sub pumps were sold out. We had been shopvaccing for 6 hours and needed something more to keep up with the water. This when we met the associate Keith who showed us this waterfall sub pump. He was so kind to retrofit a hose long enough to ensure we could get the water out of the crawlspace. He literally saved our house from any damages. Please extend a massive thank you for his help!

It seemed liek half the tools were broken.

Best Home Depot or home improvement store I've been to. Plenty of employees around who are willing to help and are very friendly about doing so. Store is always clean, neat & pretty well stocked!

I have shopped this location for 21 years and have never had a bad experience with the staff, product availability, or knowledgeable staff. Throughout the years I have visited this store for every home improvement need. From bathroom refinishes, flooring, kitchen repair, inside/outside door repair, children's school projects, hobby needs, and just general fix-r-up project's. This is by far one of my favorite places to shop. Keep up the GREAT work Store #1528!!! And thank you

Mike D. In flooring was so incredibly helpful. He offered to hand saw some lumber for a shelf I was fixing because the saws in the back of the store were out of order. Store is always nice and clean and is located close to home.

Employees at the Saddlerock site have been concatenation helpful and friendly with my visits and purchases. Highly recommended!
