The service we got with Dinato was super good. He went above and beyond to make sure he kept us informed on the progress of getting a item we needed off the shelf that was up out of reach.

One of the associates Don was awesome finding a product that was looking for. There weren't any left on the shelf, he found it in the alternative storage location, had a forklift get it down and helped me get the ideal blade for my project.

I shop this Home Depot often and the customer service is always exceptional. Employees are always very helpful with questions I have about house projects.

Horrible customer service store manager Burt, this store made several mistakes when I purchased my fridge. The store manager did not offer me any kind of discount for all the problems I went through, he allowed me to walk out the store and take my business elsewhere I was ready to spend $3400 on a refrigerator and he just allowed me to walk out without trying to make things correct

Always come to tool rental because other stores don’t seem to have what I’m looking for, Zach is great and always very helpful!

I keep hoping this store will get better. Tried to get a quote from Keith in custom door installation service and he was condescending to my wife. When I arrived he continued to condescend to me and cut me off while talking. If you need installation service consider going literally anywhere else for a better experience. Talking to the manager Bruce he didn’t seem much more of a help.

I have come across many other stores, and I love the cleanliness and friendly employees at this location!! Help is always available with no long waits.

Needed to rent a truck to move a few pieces of large furniture. Someone recommended Home Depot and I'm glad they did. The price was better than UHaul and the service at the store on Gun Club was exceptional.

The store had what I needed and the information needed to use it from the store employee that helped me, to help me fix what I am working on.

There was a substantial snow storm on new years eve, so along with everyone else we went to the Saddlerock store on the 1st to purchase a snowblower. They we out of the one we wanted. Both the sales person and the service desk team member went out of their way to find the blower we wanted at a near by store. They called ahead to have the blower pulled and assembled for us. We paid for the blower at the Saddlerock store. All we had to do when we arrived at the Parker store was load the fully assembled blower into our truck. I used the blower the next day. It took me 35 minutes to blow my 3 car garage drive way and the side walk in front of the house. This same task with a shovel, based on the amount of snow, would have taken me about 1.5 hours.

We bought a dishwasher and paid for installation. The delivery man walked into the house not wearing a mask and didn’t even offer, every other delivery person has worn a mask. I had our old DW out and waiting by the door already on my dolly, he acted like he really didn’t care. He took one look at the opening where the DW goes and since we have a granite countertop he said it was Home Depot’s policy that they can’t install the mounting screws to the side frame because some of their installers were splitting the wood and getting complaints.(Home Depot said that was not their policy). We thought that was odd since the installation instruction guide tells you exactly how to do this task so that you don’t split the wood. So they brought in the DW, set it on the floor and said you’re all set. We asked if that meant they were or weren’t going to install it and he said no because again it was policy that if they can’t put the two mounting screws in then they can’t do any installation. Right before this happened the two men stopped everything to watch and comment to each other on the football game that was on TV. At this point we told him that we have no idea if the machine even works to which he completely got an attitude and started hooking up hoses and roughly moving the DW around and banging our cabinet doors open and closed. We finally just told him we would do the install ourselves and he could go. As he was leaving I said thank you and he kept his back to me, didn’t say a word and left the house. We have never ever been treated like this before by delivery people.

When I went in to get my tool fixed at the smokey hill and gun club home depot, I ran into a gentleman named Zack in tool rental. We began talking and he asked what I needed, he was polite and real easy to talk to. He took me all over the store and showed me a bunch of different things I can do when I'm working on my basement. He showed me all that they had in tool rental and all that they had in the store if I wanted to buy. I haven't ran into somebody like him in ages. If you need help on a project, go to the saddlerock tool rental. He really is a good guy.

Products I bought here today and in the past have all met their needs and have been the best tools and products around. I will always go to Home Depot for my construction and tool needs. Thank you Home Depot for being who you are.

Throughout the store we are greeted by friendly employees. The appliance salesman we wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable. Our new favorite store!

Elizabeth at the customer service desk was amazing. She listened to the issue was very patient and did not interrupt. She quickly went through her steps to give myself the answers I was looking for and concluded with a satisfied customer. She is great at what she does and I give her alone 5 stars keep up the good work Elizabeth and thank you for all of your help. J

This is an exceptionally well run store. The employees I've interacted with, including a manager named Heather, a young man at returns named Charles and Jenna at self check- out have all gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. This is especially telling during this pandemic, where so many people are rude and generally in edge.

I was happy with the service I received from Connie while purchasing my items. Delivery time given was satisfactory.

Horrible customer service on a manufacturer defect on a water heater. Warranty clearly states that defective units will be repaired or replaced after receiving an RMA. Nothing doing at #1528. You can get a prorated store credit or be told to leave with nothing.

Staff was really helpful with my purchase of a pellet grill. Helped me get the grill and grill accessories to the counter and helped load it into my vehicle. Overall just really friendly and helpful staff.

Never seen so many miserable employees on the floor. No one was helpful in trying to find a simple product. I felt they could not be bothered. What's up with this particular store? At least the cashier was nice.
