This is a particular favorite Home Depot of mine I get enthusiastic help and the person who begins helping me sticks it out till they find someone who can help me if they can't. And, they don't treat me like I don't know what I am talking about or try to cut me off before I am finished explaining what I am in need of. Because a lot of times I know what I need but not what the particular part or item is called. And if there is a better item or new way they tell me and why. Which I really appreciate.

Home Depot procedures are horrible. Tried buying a grill online for pickup. After 3.5 hrs gave-up and said we would drive there and pay for it and pick it up. Waited because not enough people handling pick-ups. Had a cashier enter name wrong so credit was denied. had to go to service center to get that straightened out. The employee from the service center was very helpful. She corrected the mistake made by the checkout cashier. Had to wait 40 min because they forgot to bring my smoker out. Got home, no cord. When I called, luckily I got the same employee. She hated I had to drive 1.5hrs there and back to get the cord and she remembered we needed it immediately because we're cooking for our daughter's wedding and our smoker had quit. She is meeting me with the cord tomorrow. She is fantastic, Home Depot procedures are pathetic.

The clerk was helpful answered my questions and was very pleasant.

The interior of the store is full of merchandise all over the aisles and you have trouble just getting through the store. No employees ask you if you need help. Most of the employees just standing around talking to each other. I went to the store for floor tile. In that aisle nothing is marked at all. Good luck finding anything in there! Whoever is in charge of this circus needs to be fired. I went to Lowes and they helped me....

Employees are always friendly and never hesitate to help...not once have i had one of their employees make a face or act like they didnt want to be there. Its always a great experience walking around that store...items are always easy to find and have competitive prices on most items...its a plus that they honor military discounts too.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were helpful. .It was easy to find help. Store is close to my house. I needed help to find what I needed and got it quickly. The Home Depot has the best assortment of small needed parts for projects and this was one of them.

paint department is excellent they are very knowledgable and helpful they really seem to know what they are doing and help you make the best decision for your needs

Store was clean, people are friendly there. The main reason doing this review is because I shop at Home Depot a LOT and I always enter the sweepstakes. IF I ever win, I hope they call me because if I receive an email stating that I have won, I am 100% sure I will delete the email believing it is a scam. If anyone wins, please cal the person and not send email. Thank you!

We had a situation with a product once we got it home that the product was misrepresented, took my concern back to the store and the customer service staff was amazing and they went above and beyond t make the purchase satisfying and meet our needs. No hassle. It was a great experience.
