Easy visit. Found what I needed and browsed a little. Plenty of employees were available if I had needed help. Positive experience.

The location of this store is close to competitors, and one can easily see that Home Depot has the best trained employees, and Home Depot also has the largest selections of supplies and tools. You only have to travel a short distance to compare Home Depot to other competitors, and you will quickly realize that Home Depot beats all of the other competitors.Curious

The store itself is a typical Home Depot - however the cashier Allison and lead cashier Jeremish went above and beyond in their customer service. Kudos to you both! Literally, I will be back due to the helpful attitude of both these folks. Thank you so much!!

Great store. Three visits in the past two weeks have left me astonished with the level of personal customer service. Welcoming, friendly, polite, and motivated folks. They look for opportunities to help. I was standing in the building supplies area scanning around for a basket. An employee who wasn't helping anyone at the moment saw me, walked over, and asked if he could help me find something. I replied I was looking for a basket. He stated they were right outside the entrance and proceeded to go get one and bring it to me. True customer service I have not experienced in a long time. Subsequent two visits equally satisfying with every person I have encountered. Besides the great customer service culture, the product selections always seem better than Lowes. If it were in Broken Arrow, I would go Home Depot over Lowes.

I purchased a trailer today at this store on 09-11-2020. I was assisted by a lady, Madee whom I later learned was a supervisor. She was very professional and displayed excellent knowledge of the trailer and the requirements of owning it (like having a title for it). She made my whole day brighter and better!

I accidentally left some personal items in my cart when I left this store. Many store employees in this store tried to help me locate them when I called. And when I went back to look for myself, many of them assisted me in trying to locate them. They were all genuinely interested in helping me locate my items and I will never forget their friendliness and helpfulness. Kudos to Ivan especially and a young lady from the pro desk area who took special pains to help.

I had a very satisfying experience with Julie, who said she actually came from the 41st and Sheridan store, but was asked to work that day at your 71st street location. Any way, she brought satisfaction in my issues and made the exchange of my R4518ns saw to up grade to the R4518T model. When I bought the R4518ns online/store pickup, I thought it came with the stand. The exchange and Julie’s service made me happy. I will continue doing business with she and home depot for many more years. Thanks Julie. You should be promoted girl!

John in flooring was exceptional and really went above and beyond to help me secure the last two pieces of choice oak quarter round in Tulsa. I'll shop his store first next time. He was very knowledgeable and a cut above the other person I was dealing with at the Delaware Home Depot..

We are new to Oklahoma and recently needed to purchase quite a few items for our new home. I was assited with our purchases by Assistant Manager Tommy. He went above and beyond in helping us to find all the items we needed to begin our projects. The store was clean and most employees were very friendly and helpful. It turned into a one stop shopping. I also was also able to rent a truck from this location to take my purchases home. And the gentleman that helped us with renting the truck was patient as we fumbled to find our insurance cards. Both he and Tommy gave us a great shopping experience.

This Home Depot has the greatest employees. They are always so courteous and friendly. They know were most items are and it just makes it easy to shope here

The store was well stocked and clean. The employee I encountered was very personable and helped me find EXACTLY what I needed. I will make Home Depot my go to store from now on.

I forgot to mention when I filled out the online survey, but when we checked out at the contractors side yesterday, the cashier(Joy) was very friendly. Joy, was especially kind and encouraging.

this store had the best customer service and is always quick to respond when help is needed in store and customer pickup outside the store is fast and all the people seem happy to be working here i prefer this store when shopping in tulsa

I made a purchase of 27 boxes and tiles and paid in full for these. Placed them on call to pick up this weekend. Today, Thursday afternoon the store called and canceled my order. I called back and complained that i had purchase grout, mortar and had the installers ready to start. They said the same tiles aren't available within the state of Oklahoma. Sorry. So sad. Too bad. What a customer experience. OR lack thereof. I would give zero start if there was such a choice.

This store was a little out of the way, but they were the only Home Depot in Tulsa that had a little window AC for cheap.

There is always somebody there to help ans they are very attentive.
