The man in tools was extremely knowledgeable & took extra time to explain & show how product worked.

I am a general contractor and the downtown Home Depot is a big part of my company! Their customer service goes above and beyond. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to be at the downtown Home Depot. They know me by name and they are always so helpful and professional Doug and Millworks is my go-to will call man! He goes above and beyond and we'll even do my will calls over the phone.Id be lost without Gina in CS! She is just amazing.she has built such a relationship with me and my company!

We were looking for a specific item so we called Home Depot. They put it aside and we purchased the item. We were treated with respect and total professionalism by the associates at this store.

I understand this is a busy time of year but it's no excuse for the store to be so out of order. Employees need to be instructed to give quality help to customers, Dept. managers need to give the many need employees hands on training don't just send them out on floor to learn by themselves. Seems Home Depot depends on third party computer training and their HR Dept. do a poor job of helping new employees and they know this fact, and i am sure the store manager knows it also but takes no action.

Went in to purchase some plumbing supplies around 6:00 PM, went to check out and there were no cashiers! I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot where I have to check myself out!

Tulsa 71st Street Home Depot excels in every area. Knowledgeable employees, employees who will stop what they are doing and assist even if it is not their area. If they do not know they will get someone who does know to assist.

My purchase was not an easy ordeal in that it required time and attention. I was quite pleased with my cashier, Dee. She went the extra mile.

I was looking for a specific item...a young lady was walking by and I asked her where to find the Ryobi Chargers. She took me right to them. The one I needed was empty on the shelf. She looked for it in overstock, found it, got a ladder and climbed up and got it for me. When I was ready to check out, I asked a sales person where there was a full service check out. He directed me over to the service desk to pay. I waited my turn and when I presented the item I wanted to purchase, she told pointed me to the self service check out. I said I do not do self service checkout. At that point she made no effort to conceal her unhappiness. She did check me out and when I said thank you she said nothing. I said I'm sorry I made you made and she responded with nothing again. It just so happens that the lady who helped me located my item also worked at the service desk as well. As I was leaving she came out from behind the desk and I told her her coworker did not want to check me out and she said immediately "I will check you out". I told her thank you but even though the lady was not happy she did go ahead and check me out, but was rude about it. She apologized for her coworker. Never had an experience like this in a home depot before. This lady needs customer service training very badly.

Very easy getting the info I needed in making the right choice in a mower. Helpful and friendly service in the mower department

Retired, I was doing a sink, faucet, and garbage disposal replacement for the first time. I did my homework and went to Home Depot. The staff, prices, and inventory made a hard job (for me), much easier. Your associate quickly located parts and supplies. Thank You. From this experience I know Home Depot has my back.

Store was clean, very busy but associates were working hard at helping customers. Lubna was very good at checkout and explaining starting account.

Great service, I went in the store needing a drain line. I wasn't sure if I had the correct product. It was most definitely the aid of a store associate "Laurie" that made purchasing the right product possible. With Laurie's help I got the right product the first time.

This store is great and the employees are helpful. I just wish you would open a store in Catoosa, OK. No hardware store at all in Catoosa, you would not only get business from Catoosa, but also Inola, Claremore, and other small towns that are East and South of Catoosa.

Fast and friendly service from the paint department all the way through assistance at check out. Everyone was wanting to help and that spirit of customer service is mostly lacking these days. Will shop at this store again.

Home Depot has excellent customer service. My experience fixing my home up has become not so much a chore. The employees at Home Depot will answer all your questions. They will let you know what is a good idea and what could end up a mess. I am grateful to this location.

customer service associate + other employees were incredibly rude, I was not greeted, I was not spoken to for a while but when I finally was i was given attitude for no reason. employee seemed upset she had to help me. This made me not want to go back to this location.

If you know where the item is that you want you'll be fine. If interaction with employees is a distraction to you then you'll be happy here. However, if you have any questions or require assistance in finding an item then go to a competitor. We visited on 1/31 and had contact with one person, after searching for awhile, who couldn't help but paged a person for us. They never showed up. Other than that we found what we needed by wandering the store by ourselves. Checked ourselves out. Absolutely NO customer service. If that sounds like your ideal situation then this is the place for you.

Ample parking space. Clean entrance; clean store. Aisles clearly marked. Unrequested, but necessary help. I self-checked out and employee at self-checkout area was an added bonus. Great store experience. I think you have found the secret to satisfying shoppers' wants and needs. Do keep it up. Thank you.

This is a great store to request to have a flooring project completed. Their Flooring Specialist, I used, did an outstanding job in meeting all my needs and requirements for my Pergo flooring project. Everything went as expected and there were no cost surprises.
