I love this store

We got a hot water heater and they sent the wrong one and charged us a extra $200.00. They decided we needed a different one. We called them and no one wants to talk to us or return phone call. Make sure when they give you a price on the phone you have the person and and amount so you don't get hammered.

The Store was clean and products were easy to find. The Associates at the flooring Dept. were friendly and helpful. We got great assistance when we needed it!

Personnel are friendly and polite but not well acquainted with policy or products. A lot of time is spent with trying to get help. The best help I have gotten in this store was from a mentally challenged young man who knew WHERE products were by isle number and was correct with his information. I will definitely look for him again.

The Home Depot on 11 Mabelvale Plaza Lane, Little Rock, AR provides superior customer service.

The Design Consultant,Marie Miller, is excellant in assisting with any questions or help in this area.

The employees that I encountered did what they were supposed to do. Sallee was exceptional in helping me and another fellow at the same time. We both left with what we wanted AND a smile from her friendly personality, which is getting rarer every day. Thank Sallee for me and the other guy! The store was clean and easy to navigate. Parking lot was well lit. Thanks, John

I am always pleased when I go to store # 8919 in Southwest Little Rock. This part of the city has a somewhat bad reputation, but businesses like Home Depot show that the reputation is not always the case.

The Paint man is extremely kind, Ben I believe. The cashiers have always been nice to us. Every department has people like Tronia around to help. This store also has a feel of a small town store in that they remember you when you shop often, or make you feel like they do. Great stock
