I have NEVER had a good experience at this store. People don't want to work there and don't want to help.

Paint match—-NO PROBLEM! customer focused…ABSOLUTELY!! Rarely, these days, do I run into a young worker that actually focuses in the customer to assure a good experience. Not the case with Ms Karla.

Every time we visit the SWLR location, we’re greeted by Ms B (Barbara) and she’s so sweet! Extra helpful; always reminding us to fill out the surveys for a chance to win a $5,000 shopping spree.

I don’t know about YOUR Home Depot, but the one in SWLR is filled with real customer service personnel, like Miss B, who’s always there to greet and offer assistance. My favorite location hands down!

Every morning I visit the Mabelvale location, I’m greeted by this sweet lady and I really enjoy doing business there because of people like her. Also, Jaylon at checkout is a refreshing example of excellent customer service.

I shop at this store several times a month. The ladies at the pro desk are all so friendly, helpful and professional. It's always fast service with a smile and nice conversation. They greet their regular customers by name and treat them like friends and family, not just part of their job. That makes for a good shopping experience.

No help with loading products. Cashier was very nice and helpful.

Paid for a wheelbarrow, self check out menion was on phone. So I went to cust service. Had them page a manager keyholder. I went out side to wait at the wheelbarrow. Waited 10 mins. Talked to an employee that was working at the grills. He said he wasn't a key holder when prompted. Called the store. They paged another key holder. Waited 15 mins, no show. So I went to cust service to get a refund. The cust service gals were great, all hate belongs on the manager/keyholder. So in the end, I wasted over 25mins, and still need a wheelbarrow.

We purchased a stove 7 months ago and are still pleased with the purchase.

I’ve been to several Home Depot’s, & this is definitely the worst one. I can never get someone to help me. I have climbed ladders to get what I wanted after several attempts to get an associate. I had to call the store from the parking lot to get someone to help me load my truck. The loading zone is always full of empty vehicles from contractors who have gone in to shop.

Barbara , the manager/cashier in the afternoon's shift is very rude and very unprofessional, she doesn't know how to do simple tasks on the computer. A person like her shouldn't be a manager in a home depot.

Get pricing correct on special buys

I bought lighting assecorues from here and have been very satisfied ever since and so I will be come back!!

Horrible horrible horrible I spent 4 hours there over 4 hours. Loaded about five carts plus a buggy. And it took me so long because not a single person that whole time period I was there believe it or not ask me if I needed any kind of assistance at all I had several employees look at me I've had some ask me to get out of their way. I guess that's bad when a customer is in the way of an employee that the employee supposed to help so what does that tell me that means this Corporation don't care about a customer because why because somebody's going to be right behind that customer with money regardless so this review or anything I say survey it's just a waste of time because it don't really matter do you think this review is going to hit the papers no someone's going to read it and it's going to get thrown in the trash. But on a scale from 1 to 10 I'll give it to two then that's pushing it oh yeah while loading my carts up I had them all stacked to the side where I can check out when I needed to cuz there's no storage area for I guess multi-buggies shoppers. And the stuff was there so long that they started putting my stuff back so I had to go round it up again two times. And then they look at me like I'm the crazy one and they treat me like I'm a thief I spent $2,000 there I spend money there all the time big money but they look at me like I'm a thief I had to push these heavy carts out the side door because they would not open the darn front doors I don't know if anybody has ever had a loaded cart a lumber but they're pretty heavy and what whenever time I needed a cart I had to go out to the parking lot to retrieve one on my own every single cart

The people on the floor were knowledgable and helped us chose the best product for our project. Checkout was a breeze and the deliver was timely and again the personnel was friendly and helpful.

Products were stocked. I even bought something I had not thought I might need.

Every time I enter the store I am greeted with a warm hello.

Have purchased many Ryobi tools only one has failed me and that was a burnt out light bulb. Excellent store products!

Worst customer service of any Home Depot I have ever shopped at.

I like it when everything is priced correctly and easy to figure out how much your item cost. Great Job!

Oscar the lot associate was assisting me with loading my purchase. He stated that he had just started working with you all. I had purchased several items in the garden department, and placed my order through your service department. When I came to pick my items up they went above and beyond to be sure that my product was not damaged, and that it was loaded in my vehicle properly. I truly feel like Oscar went the extra mile to make sure the customer was happy.

I have to return my product.

I love going into this location. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The contractors have been legit and I have been satisfied with all service. The items I need are always in stock. I can order online and then go pick my items up. This location makes my life so much easier.

I constantly shop in this Store 8919 & I am very satisfied with very thing I have purchased.
