Eveytime I am in Little Rock this is the store I use and the always have what I need.

Miss Arron at the pro deck is the best out of all the other associates

Everybody was friendly and helpful, but especially CHUCK. He was patient with me as I asked him 1,000,000 questions. I can’t sing his praises enough. I’m a tough sell in general, but I’d buy anything Chuck was selling!

Always have itwns in stock, have people in the paint area, friendly staff and have a variety of things. If you need it nine times out of ten they have it.

I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I arrived and had about 30 minutes to figure it out. Paul answered my desperate cry for help and jumped right into show me the available options. By the time I was checking out, the doors were closing. Having worked in retail, I knew I was "that" customer, leaving late. However, Lisa, the cashier, showed nothing but patience and humor, inspiring me to put it in writing!! Thanks Paul, Lisa, Nigil, and Kevin!

The staff was awesome and very professional. The store was very clean and the staff was on top of the social distance requirement.

Received curbside pickup during corona virus pandemic. Online order was ready in short order. Employee brought correct order to my car and was helpful loading.

The associates at the paint area are very friendly and willing to help with your project. They are very professional.

Clean, well stocked store. I had wonderful help from Dakota. He helped me figure out how much mulch & weed control fabric to buy. He gladly helped me load a total of 70 mulch bags to my truck & trailer on Saturday & Sunday. Wish all places had good employees like him.

HOME DEPOT IN MABELVALE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST STORE TO SHOP AT FOR CLEANING SUPPLIES AND PROJECT SUPPLIES TO KEEP ANYONE BUSY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. THE ASSOCIATES WERE NOT ANGRY OR BITTER LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE IVE BEEN TO LATELY. SOME PRODUCTS HAD LIMITED STOCK BUT THERE WAS AT LEAST PRODUCT TO CHOOSE FROM. THE YOUNG MAN THAT GREETED US AT THE DOOR SET THE PACE FOR A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE DESPITE THE CIRCUMSTANCES. WELL DONE!! I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS NAME. HE WORKED THE FRONT ENTRANCE AROUND 4pm on Saturday the 18th. Much appreciation, Kristi

At the end of your survey you said I "was not satisfied with the service given you Homer Depot employees". That is not true. I have no problem with any of the Home Depot employees. Your survey only gave a choice of 5 answers - grades 1 to 5. I purchased some light bulbs. I knew where they were in the store. I knew & found the bulbs I wanted myself, and paid at the self check-out. I was not involved with any employees. Your survey did not have a "Not Applicable" of N/A choice, so I picked a 3 - neither satisfied or not-satisfied. That does not mean I was dissatisfied. You need to improve your survey, rather than trying to blame the employees.

My family and I always shop at this particular home depot when needed. We always have a pleasant shopping visit here but my most recent visit was by far the best one yet! Thankful for the passionate, friendly, and helpful employees you have!

I went there for simple supplies ,found what I needed in shout time . I needed assistance at panel saw ,that took a bit of time but thats ok no one just stands there waiting to cut something . I got my plywood ripped and off to the check out where I met Ms. LISA and Ms. Teressa . Both beautiful and full of life . All in all a great trip .

my first time ever meeting keyona was a good one. i thought she may have been a manager the way she helped me but she wasn't, just an employee there. The store is always clean and neat when i come in there. whoever is running it is doing a very good job.

Do not go to this store if you are looking for help. Do not go to this store if you have questions. Do not go to this store looking for a friendly staff. Just do not go to this store.

Although I do prefer the one in Benton, because no one stares at a lady in a motorized buggy that just happens to look very healthy. Neither store knows I had 3 surgeries. But the one in S. Little Rock has employees that like to stare and assume too much. This aside it is a great store.
