Good store

I know this is an bad time to be out shopping, but it took a long time for anyone in the appliance department to even acknowledge me. Then the employee decided to chat way too much during the order placement. All I wanted to do was order and leave. He ended up ordering me two different colored appliances. Now you can't get anyone on the phone to help

The employees were very helpful, especially Andre. He was extremely helpful in helping coordinate measurements and supplies for a patio project.

I work on a critical care unit in Nevada. There is no secret that there is a national shortage of personal protective equipment. Our hospital was critically low. I reached out to Brandon G at my local Home Depot. He went out of his way to find us N95 masks. I was able to pick some up immediately. Thank you Home Depot for protecting and making a difference in the lives of your frontline healthcare workers during a time of panic and uncertainty.

All employees are knowledgeable and very friendly they carry all items I look forward to buy to remodel my house I was extremely satisfy with my cashier Brenda T as there was some Instructions I didn’t understood and Brenda with knowing two languages was helpful to guide me through my whole process.

Since moving to Henderson, we have gone to Home Depot for all home needs that the store sells. The selection is broad and well priced. Better yet are the employees and their attitudes in helping customers determine the right items for our needs.

I travel out of my way to purchase from the Home Depot on Serene. It is the customer service and Manager that gets my business (I am probably their number 1 online order customer). I do house remodeling for a living (even a well known TV show I have worked on).

I've been a Home Depot customer for 30+ years and in several different states. These comments are made about the good people in the (store 3306). The people who work at this store are very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Given this, if I were to pick an All-Star team the two most valuable players would be Joe in Hardware and Tiana the cashier.

We shop at many different locations of Home Depot and this location is by far the best. From the time we entered the store, the employees were pleasant, friendly and greeted us with a smile. Mark assisted us in the tile department and went above and beyond in helping us with our tile order. We have never had such excellent customer service.

I get American Express gifts cards for the Home Depot since I love this store. However if you return any items on the purchase you made with any gift cards they only give you a store credit (instead of another gift card)and if you return an item with a store credit now they ask you for your license and they start flagging your account. My acct was flag for a return of $10.01. And then they refuse any returns and you need to go through a 3 rd. party company to clear your name. This is ridiculous, they made me feel like a criminal. I’ve never stole anything from any stores and that’s exactly what they are insinuating with this ridiculous policy. (TRE)

I visited this store on a busy Sunday morning at the peak of Holiday shopping season. The store was well staffed and thought I knew exactly what I was after, I was unable to find it readily. Seeking assistance took only a short time and the associate took me directly to what I needed.

Home depot on serene applies great service and has brought the customer service up quite a bit. Floor employee Dan has done a sensational job on assisting me and cashier Tianna did everything to make sure I was satisfied

Tianna would immediately acknowledge me when I walked in. She asked for my name and offered to free up my hands when approaching the register. Great personality and willing to go the extra mile to help a customer when needed.
