Bought this great compressor at an incredible price. MY NEW BABY!!!!

Bought a Milwaukee, drain snake, and when I got home found that the snake was bent in a bit was jammed in where the attachment was supposed to go. That is a health violation and also considered a hazmat situation because you’re dealing with human waste. If you’re going to sell reused materials and equipment, at least market that it has been used.

I am used to buying potted plants and having a few bugs. No big deal. But the peperomia I purchased last week seems like it's growing bugs. I worked to mitigate the bug issue and finally disposed of it so that my other plants wouldn't become infested. When I went to get a refund or exchange I was told that they'd need me to bring the plant back. Why would I want to ride around with a bug infested plant any longer than I've already had to? What if I'd immediately planted it in my garden bed as I hoped to? Terrible policies.

Eboni was so helpful and friendly during my visit. She offered a credit card application so that I could save $50 on my purchase.

Louise is a true gem! She assisted me at self checkout with my many new plants and went above and beyond to find me a box to transport them. She was friendly and warm and elevated my shopping experience. thank you, Louise!

I went in to my local Home Depot, not quite sure if they could help. I needed to find a way to replace the batteries in my remote, but didn’t know how to open it or what battery it might take. Meme said “No problem, let me look at it”. Not only did she show me how to open it, she ran and picked up the batteries and completed the replacement for me! I felt like the most important person in the store. Way to go, Meme!

Desperately looking for help to twist a 28 years old pipe off from furnace smart gas valve. They employees helped me and made it.

Was told Home Depot gives military discounts, only to find out that they do not discount plumbing, electrical, appliances, lumber, and hardware. It is a HARDWARE store and they don't discount hardware. What a joke!

Yareli , Sharina, Chris K, Jordan , Alfonso and Ron went above and beyond to help me get my large purchases home. They were so kind and patient not only answering all of my questions but they made suggestions on getting my purchases home safely. Coming to Home Depot alone as a woman can be very overwhelming and they made this experience a super pleasant one.

I prefer to go to this place before any other store. They usually have what we need for the house or if not we can find a way to get it online.

I felt as though I was in a minor crisis situation to hurry and get my water heater back up and running before it got too late. The customer service went above and beyond helping me especially an employee named Puggy. She made my day helping me and putting my mind at ease watching after my elderly father as I needed to run home to retrieve an item. Thanks Puggy, you deserve a raise!
