Bought a shop vacuum to clean up a new store we are remodeling

I purchased some plants, and they are doing well.

Come here for your trees! They switched vendors for their trees and use a family farm now that brings them fresh. If you've bought in the past before and had a dry tree, don't worry. That won't be how it is this year (2022). Great trees, great price, beautiful tree when we brought it home. SMELLS great. Stefano was also amazing, helpful, friendly. Their tree lot is also super cute so take a photo, grab some hot cocoa from their shed!

I am in AZ and have a home in LV. I called the store because I needed to purchase a toilet and schedule installation. Jen, a manager, took my call and understood what I needed based on my description. I didn't have to repeat anything. She transferred me to her assistant Lisa who she said would take care of the purchase and installation scheduling. Lisa came on the line, and I did not have to repeat anything because Jen had briefed her on my needs. Lisa efficiently wrote up the order, reviewed everything with me, and took my credit card to complete the order. The entire phone call from beginning to end took only about 10 minutes. I got what I needed, and even got the email receipt and detailed order within five minutes of ending the call with Lisa. There is no doubt any needs I have for my Vegas home will lead me to store #3306 first. Thank you, ladies, for exceptional customer service.

If you could only train and inspire all your HD teamates to function like Arthur Rivera in appliances, you would have a winning store that customer would actually enjoy shopping at.

If you have any questions at all regarding hardware I would recommend visiting this store and asking Clarence in the hardware department. He's extremely knowledgeable courteous and friendly. His ability to work with multiple customers at the same time is such a refreshing change to the lack luster we're all familiar with.

It was great receiving help and advice. I meet a staff member, Sandra D. and she was a breathe of fresh air.

I looked for a drought resistant ground cover, and found a good selection at Home Depot. It is thriving in the excessive heat.

Water Heater as 12 yr warranty. Home Depot would only refund a pro rated cost for the failed unit. Unit failed after 6+ years.

I ordered customized blinds from home depot a month ago, during the ordering processes we have a lot issues with the blind vendors due to some of our window sizes issued, Remy who worked at the blinds department was very helpful for the entired order process. I highly recommend to see her if you want to order any customized blinds from HD. Excellent customer services, she won't stop service until you received the full order as long as you have good contact information. Very happy with her services.

You should be ashamed! The copper tubing, I bought (Very Overpriced) was and is JUNK, it's the poorest quality product I've every seen. I was able to crush it with my fingers and forget using a tubing cutter, the product is to low a quality to even install. Over priced and poor quality NOT a great recipe for success. Frank

I just brought a GE 4.5 cu.ft. high-efficiency white washer with Agitator recently. It is easy to operate and not noisy.

I went to the store to return some broken items and get a refund/store credit. Mellisa at the customer service counter was very short and not helpful. I asked questions about the 2 year protection plan and she seemed irritated when I did. However, when checking out, Cynthia was very professional and attentive. Thank you for making my visit eventually pleasant.

This Home Depot has an excellent staff on Associates who continually help you with all your shopping needs. They are all knowledgeable and continue to make you feel like a valued customer even when you shop there 5 times a week.

On a recent visit to a Las Vegas NV store (#3306) my wife and I was there with the intent to purchase new appliances. While there we were helped by sales associates Ray & Arthur. They were very friendly and helpful and were even able to get a discount on our purchases. Win Win..

As a female shopper I got the information I needed from friendly, professional staff without being made to feel to stupid asking for help or about the products we needed. Actually made to feel good about shopping with them and the prices were perhaps better than their biggest competitor. We will be going to Home Depot first when necessary!

We had the best experience shopping tonight! An employee that we just met was over and above helpful. He greeted us with hello and can I help you find something. Then he showed us the product and climbed stairs three times to get the products for us. He also loaded them and helped hand carry them up front which we were grateful for. His name was Rhett. I hope we see him again on our next visit to the store as shop there quite often. It always has what we need and people to help us. Very clean inside too.
