The store is always clean and well stocked. This Home Depot is our go to store.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! Hadir and Cameron in customer service went above and beyond to get the Black Mirror Google Nest that we wanted. We had a coupon and there were issues with the coupon that they worked together to solve and found us the google nest at a different location for pick up. We waited about 30 minutes for all of this to be put in play and they were so patient and kind the whole time!

I always get great help at this particular Home Depot! I love that Elliot greets me whenever I enter the store! He's such a bright spot in my day!

This store has a bigger selection on appliance clearance items. See Mimi in appliance center, kind and respectful. Also Ms. Cruz at.customer service is patient and caring. She found us items online in different location to ensure we had our kitchen cabinets and complete our project on schedule. Kudos Home Depot for having nice and friendly staff!

This trip to Home Depot involved purchasing a large Husky 14 Drawer Tool Chest which was on "Sale". I had some questions regarding my purchase and the use of my Military Discount and I guess since the item was already on sale the system would not accept the Military Discount and I wasn't happy but i was lucky enough to meet Home Depot Employee "Monika" in the Customer Service area of the Store and this young lady took the time to do some checking and then to explain to me exactly why the additional discount would not apply. She also didn't have me go through checkout but she processed the whole transaction right there and found a couple of nice young men (store employees) to help me get the large tool chest out of the Store and into my vehicle which was presenting me with an unforseen problem in that it wouldn't fit in my vehicle and then as if from the "Home Depot God's" a gentleman was exiting the Store and he saw there was an issue with my method of transport and out of the goodness of his heart offered his truck to take it to my house. At this point I don't know how I could have been having a better day. The bottom line my friends is Home Depot not only has the best employee's and Customer Service but they also have the best Customer's. I don't know what algorithm they use to get that result but I'm just glad to have witnessed it with my own eye's on that beautiful day in November of 2020... Home Depot you have my loyalty for life! FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

The Home Depot #6570 has been the store that I have bought major home items. Specifically, a garage door and opener, a ceiling fan, a Tuff shed, light fixtures for my kitchen and living room, a kitchen sink disposal, fertilizer, garden items, and other household items. I am currently pricing a convection wall oven and a wall convection microwave for my kitchen.

Makayla was a great help!!! Found what I needed without having to play scavenger hunt

Awesome experience at this store. Very Friendly efficient Cashier. And the Christmas decorations, etc are excellent and more extensive than other Home Depots in the area. Christmas Shop here.

Bonnie is a great customer service agent!!! She was very sweet with my kids and helped me save money wherever possible.

Had to ask where a certain item was located - got the help quickly My check-out person, Sharon, was quick, efficient, friendly & courteous. This is the way it should always be.

I was trying to get help and the only person who was willing to help was Sandra Cavazos the young employees seemed to be "too busy" to ask or help. She not only helped but help get everything that I needed. There were about 3 young guys working in the area but they couldn't even answer any questions or even act like they cared about what I was asking. Very disappointed with the younger guys working near or in the plumbing dept. they worked harder at getting out of work than working or being able to answer any questions.

Had a wonderful shopping experience yesterday! Store very clean, all employees were maintaining the necessary precautions during this COVID time. I was asked by several employees if they could be of any help! Purchase was made expediently and it was one of the best shopping experiences I've had at a home improvement store!

I ran into the store at 815pm to grab some items needed for the flooring people and didn’t realize how long the toe molding was so as I struggled with what to do Thomas who was wrangling carts came over and offered to help me - in nothing flat he found a way to load it into my car and we had so much fun chatting about my little Honda fit. Just an example of the super sweet staff at my Home Depot

I had a flooring replacement project. They lose information and don’t call you ever.

Tool rental is awful. Associate knowingly rented us a broken machine, gave us a hard time about exchanging it by trying to lay blame on us for the damage and refused to extend our rental time. The other associate offered to waive our rental fee for the trouble and wrote it down on our contract. Unfortunately for us, only the initial associate was present when we went to return and refused to honor the fee waiver. Manager was zero help. They then both made a big deal about being gracious enough to waive the extension fee when I never received an extension. I initially paid for 24 hours and returned the replacement well within the initial 24 hr period. Apparently extension to them includes trading in a BROKEN tool rental for a non-defective one. Thanks so much for the generosity. After accusing me of receiving a free extension, possibly breaking the defective tool I received and making a huge deal about actually retiring my deposit they finally offered to charge me for 4 hours rather than the whole day. All I wanted was an extension for the time lost seeing as we didn’t receive a working device at first. I will not be visiting the high and mighty tool rental again and also now know that the manager is no help whatsoever.

The staff is always eager to help with any item big or small.

I live closer to another home depot, and I still choose to return to the sunset valley location due to the excellent customer service we received from the employees especially cashier Cecilia
