Always a great place to shop for home improvement needs and tools, pleasant staff and no long lines to wait in.

I did not mean to check the box that said I would not shop at this location. Survey would not let me go back to change incorrect input. I will always shop there when convenient.

The staff at the store is always very helpful and everyone is very polite. Employees are always willing to show me where something is or to help me find the right item.

Staff Friendly. They always have what I'm looking for.

I worked with Tom in the Tool Rental Department. I had an issue with my nail gun and he JOYFULLY took the time to help, explain, and fix my gun (free - I might add). I want to make sure his managers know how appreciative I am for this help.

This location is very easy to get to. The staff is very helpful and freindly.

I went to this store to pick up my online order. It was already paid in full; just needed picked up. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told to go to customer service; then told by customer service to go back to the pro-desk area and someone would be over to help me. I waited again for 45 minutes. Finally I went and got myself a pallet jack and went to the pro-desk area were I had seen my order. I loaded it up, showed the cashier my online receipt and took it out to my car and loaded it.

Store is always neat land clean and the help is wonderful. We do quite a lot of business with Home Depot and will continue to be our first choice for whatever project we plan on doing.

The store is laid out well and kept very clean and orderly. The person working in the tools department was helpful during this particular trip. This location is a little bit of a drive from my house but I do like going to this location because the location and parking is good and generally nice inside. Also, the cashier today (29 July 2019) was very polite and nice so that added to having a good experience.

I am a principal at a charter school in inner city Akron. We are on a tight budget but wanted to give the building a face lift so the children would feel extra special when they return in the fall. This Home Depot has been incredibly helpful with great ideas and speedy delivery. This store will never know how much of a difference they have made in the lives of these children that aren't often made to feel special. I can't thank the staff at this store enough.

I use this store a lot and find the store to be set up nicely and the staff to be very helpful when I need assistance. Today I needed assistance finding a particular tool and was directed to the exact area in a timely manner by one of the employees.

I have a great experience shopping at this store, been shopping here for years, they have everything I need to improve my home and everything else I need.
