Thanks LYNETTE for your patience in ringing out a large order as the rude customers behind were not very nice!

They do not enforce masks. The employees are suppose to wear them but most of them don’t wear them properly, and customers don’t wear them at all. I’m high risk and this is the first time I’ve been out since the pandemic started. I was getting a grocery pickup and saw they weren’t busy and thought I would pop in real quick for a few things. Big mistake. It got busy while I was there and it took everything in me to not have a panic attack. My cashier was wonderful and super helpful. I asked why didn’t enforce masks? She sighed and said they can’t force people to wear them. She looked so defeated and sad. I feel bad that she has to work in such unsafe conditions.

It's the small things that make a store exceptional and this Home Depot is my favorite. The aisles are easy to navigate and clearly marked for finding what I need. Covid-19 precautions start at the entry door and are consistent throughout the store and the checkout area. I felt that they took the safety measures seriously and that made it comfortable to shop and check out. My most recent trip was for some drywall and I was very appreciative that an associate volunteered to help me move it onto the flat cart. When he learned that I would have to cut it to fit into my SUV he said he would do it for me. He accurately measured and cut to the sizes I needed and put them on the cart. That helpful attitude is typical at this store and is probably the main reason I prefer to shop at this Home Depot instead of the other big store down the street.

Elaine B in doors was of great assistance: we bought a patio door, entry door and a storm door. Very detail oriented, making sure everything was correct for this special order. I would highly recommend this store, this department and Elaine B.

THIS IS THE STORE WE HAVE ALWAYS GONE TOO. WE LIKE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. WE HAVE BOUGHT ALOT HERE IN THE PAST 15 YEARS AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOME DEPOT STORES . WE HAVE USED THERE SERVICE TECHS,INSTALLATION SERVICE AND MANY MORE. VERY HELPFUL WHEN NEEDED. THANK YOU .

3809 is the store I opened my account with and Renee is the one that I mistakenly wrote about on here. So all the questions I answered were pertaining to store 3809 Please give that store the credit. A couple days later I visited store 3830 and they also were very helpful. Sorry I used the wrong store number. I would recommend either store. All the employees are helpful and warm. If you use orange......you'll never go back to blue. :)

Everything was great, even the cashier Kasey was like a ray of sunshine, bubbly happy, just a pleasure to deal with.

I usually go to wadsworth but on this certain day I was in the area so I stopped in to place my order. People at service counter seemed to be more occupied by other things rather than waiting on customers. Waited in line for 10 minutes and I w as 2nd in line. 3 people only one waiting on customers.

I just entered the sweepstakes and then I looked at the Winners Page...... Why does Puerto Rico have 4 or 5 winners per Quarter??? And why is there ONLY 2 from the United States??? That's crap:/

I would definitely recommend this store, specifically Amanda in kitchens, if you are looking for appliances or kitchen updates. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us through the process and we were very pleased with her attention to detail.

Always a great shopping experience. Love when making my list I can go to your site and find exactly what aisle and bay. If I need assistance, there is always someone there. Probably my favorite retailer unless I need food or alchohal! Again, Merry Christmas! Looking forward to seeing you next year!

There are no cashiers, only self check out lanes. I do not work at Home Depot and should not be expected to do their job for them.
