I would give them both 20 stars if I could!!!!!!

I came in with a simple question and Tom not only answered it he went above and beyond helping me get everything I will need in order to accomplish what I needed to get done. He thoroughly explained the entire process and him and I were on the same page the entire time! I felt like I was back in school with one of my favorite teachers, man seriously I could listen to this man explaining how he would go about tackling a specific problem for hours!

We went to get a barn door and the supplies to hang it and Steve and pro brought us directly to where we needed to find what we needed and also carried the door to the front of the store to the cashier for us and was all around just in awesome help!

Once again this morning I had a great experience with the awesome crew at the Arlington Home Depot!

I've been to the store often this year, picking up parts for some renovations in my home, finding everything we needed to renovate a bathroom, among other projects. I've found such helpful sales associates who helped me along the way, it made it actually fun to shop.

I love this place all the time. There is always something new and the view is great. The place is always clean and tidy, especially in the summer. I wish you continuous progress and continued success.

Adrian and Josh did good by helping me put together the Ryobi blower they did an awesome job and Jessica was a big help

I have been to this store many times, using my H/D Credit Card and other times my bank card or cash. I have never had an unpleasant experience. The staff, directed by Nathan has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location for anyone desiring to visit a home improvement store. You will be very satisfied.

Today I needed to go in and get myself a new garbage disposal. Seeing as though I’ve never had to do this I was a little confused on which product I should buy and what is considered to be the top brand. Luckily I got some really good help from both Mike from plumbing and Tim from lumber. After they both had helped me Tim was kind enough to give me the discount the employees are allowed to give out. When I headed to self checkout the cashier, Harold, had approached me and asked if I was using cash or card. I replied card. He pointed me to a register and would not allow me to scan the items by myself and when I had shown him the slip the employee had given me he gave me quite a bit of trouble. He asked what it was for and how much even though the slip had stated everything. I told him that Tim from Lumber said to call him on their store phone if there were any issues but he disregarded the statement. I was going to use Apple Pay when he had informed me that they did not take Apple Pay. I told him I would be back with my card and he said they only hold the items for fifteen minutes. Later found out that is not true. I had come back and since I took longer I had went to go the aisle and grab my stuff again thinking they probably would have put it back. They did not. I checked out without using the slip because I did not want any trouble. I was later informed that he thought I was stealing and that is why he gave me trouble. I will not be shopping here again. Thank you to both Tim and Mike.

We spoke directly to 6 different employees for different needs. They all were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable! I have been to other locations but this one by far is the best! The employees go over and beyond to get you the information that is need! They also know what they are talking about! The manager was very nice as well! Thank you to Karlee S, Kyle Q, Michelle P., Corana, Wendy, and Jessica! Over all a great experience

My last two shopping experiences here at Home Depot weren’t very satisfying. I found it difficult to find staff to assist me on cutting rope in the store. When I did find someone there was no sense of urgency or communication. The staff that did help me weren’t trained on cutting the desired rope that I needed.

Every time I come into this store everyone's got attitudes but today I was helped by cashier Amanda. I was having a bad day and already frustrated with another one of your employees but Amanda not only made me laugh she had great customer service skills and she's pretty nice to look at too. I use to hate coming to this store but now I look forward to my next stop in. Give that woman a raise and hire more people like her.

Was going to purchase a range and was directed to appliances when first entered met an associate with a sincere desire to make her customer completely satisfied which she did

I bought a Mastercraft smoker along with a protective cover and 5 bags of wood flavoring chips. I lost my keys in the process. I purchased a replacement for my toilet that was leaking. They went above and beyond to help me and helped look for my keys.

I had purchased a water heater at this store just short of 7 years ago & it came with a 9 year warranty. The water heater was leaking inside and I had to return it to this store. The employees involved in the exchange with a pro-rated cash credit and purchase of a replacement water heater got me in and out of the store super fast and satisfied. I already had a good contractors at Lakes Heating And Air Conditioning and they picked up and installed the new water heater within one and a half hours. Super happy.

Always greeted and always someone around to assist if needed. Like the S. Arlington store for their service.

Vinny the Plumber from APPC Plumbing (New Phoenix Enterprises) showed up at the house ahead of schedule. He was professional, friendly, efficient and thorough.

I had a return on 11-18-2021. Ask for Morgan. She is exceptional. Fast, efficient, and knows the rules. Made my experience of returning items, some more than six months old, easy with store credit. Morgan is unique in today’s retail environment as she is not only competent but does it in a customer friendly fashion. Store needs to fix it’s night lot lighting. Does not work and even with the the temporary lighting from generators, lot is too dark. Signage is also out at the road. Been several weeks, need to fix it.

I love my Home Depot Store on S. Arlington, Akron OH especially my cashier LEEANN. She was AMAZING!!!!! The best cashier at Home Depot for sure. She ordered my deck stain / rang my other products up & put together my deck sprayer...WOW!!!!
