The Rutland store was ideal for my shopping needs...well stocked and super clean. Every employee was helpful, especially Allison who seems to know everything about everything and has impeccable taste. George, too, was extremely courteous and sensitive to my kitchen counter preferences and interjected several wise tips that I would not have thought of. Thank you Home Depot for being here!!

The highlight of the shopping here was at the self checkout and the vivacious woman named Loon, who helped us.

I saw poor mask use by male employees at this home Depot. Some had them not on at all but around their chins, some over their mouths no nose covered. Masks were poorly fitting, slipping down or gaping on the sides. These men were inside the store so even worse. I would only go into this store if I had a dire need after witnessing their lack of regard for the state mandated mask wearing.

It so happened I ran into a super helpful employee who helped me locate the items I was looking for, took me to the check out. Got me a carry out and took me from start to finish. It was like I had a personal shopper, which was VERY helpful!!!!

There were plenty of friendly and helpful associates on the floor. Got assistance quickly without searching for an associate.

The salesperson, Laci, was most helpful. She searched until she found the price on the tomato cages, had to help cut the string that held them together, then had to key in the code to ring up my purchase. All the time she was friendly and smiling. It was a very positive shopping experience. Thanks Laci!

My experience at the Rutland Home Depot store was very pleasant the associates were very helpful and thorough explaining exactly what I needed for my window that had to be custom-made .

Not one person could help us or even knew what products they carry went in to spend 500$ and instead wanted to spend 2500$ but couldnt get anyone to help just wanted to send us to a diff section of the store and then they say no you gotta back up front so needless to say 20 min later i left and will never do business with this rutland store for anything

Great store and kind employees!

Shelby went above and beyond to help me with my bathroom/tiling issues. I was not able to find items on line and she was able to confirm that products were in the store so I could pick them up immediately. Shelby was kind, patient and caring. Definitely a model employee! I was a very needy and confused customer. There were also 4 other employees that helped me and I want to give a big thumbs up to and amazing work community! Keep up the good work and stay safe!

Excellent Service

Alway a wide variety of products and brands in stock, and at a fair price. A one stop shop kind of store, organized and easy to find products I need. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

Unfriendly, un-knowledgeable, untrained staff with terrible customer service skills for modern commerce.

Electrical department has a great guy in a wheel chair that is spot on with his knowledge. There is another gentleman with a beard and heavy set who has broad knowledge thru out the store sorry I can't recall their names. Store is well stocked in for this area. Staff, in general enjoy their jobs and are helpful.

FOUND WHAT I NEEDED. WOULD LIKE TO PARTICULARLY MENTION THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY REPRESENTATIVE "JOB" AT THIS LOCATION. I NEEDED ITEMS FROM ALL OVER AND HE VERY PATIENTLY ASSISTED ME UNTIL I HAD EVERYTHING I HAD COME FOR AT THAT TIME. STORE AND REST ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND TIDY. ON OTHER VISITS, SOME STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL (GENTLEMAN IN "WINDOWS"), AND SOME WERE TALKING AND DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME. oVERALL, I COULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

The Rutland VT Home Depot may be the best among the four stores that are within 40 miles of my home. In my experience the associates are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions or need advice.

Staffs are so friendly and nice. Supplies are easy to locate.

Great friendly staff they do the best they can they seem pretty short staffed sometimes and only have self checkout available. But overall they are great.
